The installation team was on time, worked hard and were professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Klieman Brothers for all your HVAC needs.

Excellent communication throughout the process. Didn't try to over-sell us & very up front about all our options. The ductless is pretty quiet & very easy to control output for both heat & A/C. Installers very respectful & efficient. Very glad we used them, and would highly recommend them!

Exceptional service, thorough explanations about what was being done today during our maintenance appointment. Our representative was top notch. Polite, courteous and respectful.

Maria was prompt. She quickly performed the diagnostics for the HVAC not working and found the control board was bad. She was also agile and easily got into the attic where the furnace is located.

We ended up having major issues with both our heat pump and furnace and decided it was just time to replace both. Kliemann came out same day to give me a bid and Will spent five hours at my home, reviewing everything in detail and going over every option with us. He made his personal recommendation, but didn’t try to sell us the best and most expensive option, just give us all of the details on every option and let us decide. I really appreciated this approach. He answered every single question we had, and shared all of his industry experience and knowledge. This really helped us make the right decision.

They scheduled us a few days after Christmas and it only took two days to fully install. The two guys that came out were great! Super friendly and they had great communication. They were quick and efficient and we hardly knew they were here. They went over all the details and information once they were done to make sure we were comfortable and understood our new system.

Ultimately, they went over things with us, that every other company we had hired out to maintain our last system never told us. We are extremely happy with their service and will be having them maintain our new system permanently. I would highly recommend these guys for any repairs or installs.

I’ve been using a particular maintenance person for years until he’s moved to another department. This time they sent me a new employee and didn’t really know what to expect from him, I am the typ ,person that observes and talks openly to service people who do work in our home and that’s how I feel the “confidence” and earned my trust to them. So I met Adrian Peterson, when he showed up I told him exactly how I feel and he understood it. He told me he only works for the company for like 8 months but so far we’re impressed with the work his done, he took pictures and showed it to me and he also pointed stuffs that needed to be taken care of and so far this time it didn’t take long for them to set up an appointment for his return. I know they’re busy and sometimes it’s hard to secure an appointment ~ I made the first appointment a month in advance. To make the story “short” ~ I’m happy with the overall result of both visits, Adrian’s professionalism and…him and our daughter went to school together, what a small world!😁. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone like I did a while back when I referred them with a co worker who’s having issues with their maintenance company. So, I missed my two former technicians Aidon and Austin but Adrian filled in their shoes and I’m happy, pleased and confident he will perform future services with our systems. Job well done!!!
