We lost our heat a day before leaving town, called Beacon Plumbing (referred by a friend), Tony came out late that day go us heat and scheduled repairs at a date when we returned from holidays. Tony work well, very personable, with us in scheduling two payments for our benefit.

Popping sounds from the furnace. Instead of freaking we called beacon. Tony Hall responded, we were happy as Tony was the technician who originally installed our furnace. We were hit with a double whammy - leaking toilet and a leak behind a wall. The team of Ned and Javier did a fantastic job of repairing both issues quickly. I really appreciated how they kept me informed every step of the way. If you need plumbing help you should give a Beacon a call.

Wife and I came back from vacation and late at night our sewerage was backing up into our main bathroom. Beacon arrived and took care of the situation promptly, even after the two technicians had been working an already extended day. They got right to the source of the issue and were very professional and knew their job. Previous owners to our house replaced 92 feet of 100 feet of old concrete piping with new PVC piping. The remaining 8 feet collapsed and broke, which was causing the issue. Our house was built before cleanouts were needed or added, so they put in a cleanout for us as well. Issue was resolved in less than a day. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Matthew D was great! He showed up quickly after calling to confirm the problem and was extremely helpful throughout the process in figuring out what the issue was. Unfortunately the sink fixture needed to be replaced, but Matthew saved the day and had a new one installed in no time! Thanks Matt, I'll always call Beacon because of you :)

After tinkering with our failed water heater over the weekend, Jesus came and installed our new water heater and brought it up to code. He was fantastic, quick, courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful! Thank you for making the process easy. We appreciate you and your help! :)

Our lights had been flickering for a few days. We called Beacon on a Saturday and Michael came out in just a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly and set to work resolving the issue. Michael saved the day...and our home!

I had constant water leaks and sluggish drains for several days. Beacon plumbing were able to fix the hot water pipe as well as replace several galvanized drains in my 1951 home. Excellent and efficient work by Brent C., Claude and Jacob. I highly recommend this company.

Ismal's team was professional in their communication, quality of work and getting the job done when they said it would be done. Great work guys and I would have them do it again. Issue: furnance problems and I then decided to have it replaced rather than repaired (age of the furnace plus cost of repair was in my opinion a good candidate to replace instead of repair). They quickly got their office engaged in getting a new furnace sourced for installing that day and then came back around once they had it to install (same day).
