Kyle is the best, he needs a raise! He came out and was completely honest. Let us know that the previous plumbing company that came out tried to swindle us for money we didn’t have. Now our problem is fixed!!

Today, we had our annual “under the house” pest inspection. Our technician informed me he found an active leak but wasn’t sure where it was coming from. We determined it was coming from the fitting behind the refrigerator. I remembered the slogan “stop freakin call Beacon” which is what I did. To my surprise, the dispatcher told me they could come out same day. Within 20 mins I got a call they were on the way. Brent and Willy came in and immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. They replaced the broken parts but determined there was significant water damage that needed to be addressed by another company. Willy took charge of that part and we were in contact with that person within the hour. The whole process from discovery to repair was done in less than 3 hours. Brent and Willy were knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Robert and James came and replaced our busted water heater within two hours. Good, clean, fast, and friendly.

David C. and Brian were the technicians that arrived to meet our emergency needs. They were very professional by telling and showing us the process to resolve the issue. Once they completed the job they walked us through to ensure that the issue had been resolved. They left a detailed invoice of the work that was completed. They cleaned their work area and told us to contact them if we needed additional support. I will definitely refer them as well as use them in the future. Ira and Lovely Manning (Tacoma)

Ned and his partner were extremely helpful and professional while repairing several plumbing issues in our home. I highly recommend Ned and Beacon Plumbing to anyone in need of an exceptional plumber!

When I called them initially, the man I spoke with stated they would "have someone out within two hours." The tech showed up about 4.25 hours later.... No apology. He charged me $464 to do a 30 - 40 minute "diagnosis" that included zero actual work on the issue. Okay... But I still needed a plumber to come check out the plumbing portion of the service so the electrician said he would call and get a plumber out. Three hours later I called Beacon because the plumber had still not arrived. The man I spoke to stated the plumber should be there "before 10:00 pm." I asked if they could come out tomorrow because it was already so late. They said they could have someone there between 9 - 10 am the next day. At about 10:10 am the following morning I called because the plumber had not arrived yet. They said he was on his way. At about 11:00, the plumber called and said he would be there in about 45 minutes..... He arrived around 11:30 am. The two plumbers who came were very nice and had good interpersonal skills. The main plumber, Gato, had very good customer service skills and sales skills. Overall, the final bid for both the electrical and plumbing issue was for $7,500. That is not including the fees associated with the initial diagnosis.

Because it was so high, I had another company come to my house. They gave me an estimate for free - mind you, they did not have to perform a "diagnosis" - and it was for $3,420. When you compare the breakdown from the services, it's crazy how expensive Beacon is. Needless to say, we accepted the offer from the other company.

Tony Hall came out to find a gas leak and found it. Called puget sound and they weren’t very helpful. So I called beacon plumbing and they came and put my mind at ease. 278797. I will continue to use beacon plumbing for everything. Thanks again Tony

Unless you're having an absolute emergency that can't wait go elsewhere. Rep called and said he couldn't make it because would be late for him Thursday. Ok fine I delayed my plans the next day to wait for him to show up he insisted I was there. He walks around and looks then starts draining the hot water tank. I ask how much is this(I had already sent pics, explained details and was told around $1500) this still was on the high end but I was in a rush, I am a general contractor. He said he was just thinking that and went to get a number going. I told him I'd demo out the incorrect plumbing and he could make his connections. He laughed said you're funny "make your connections" and walked away to finish the estimate(didn't appreciate the approach and can't imagine behaving like that with any homeowners) Came back and the bill jumped to $2,600. That's more than double any respectable plumber to replace/ correct venting and drains on washer basin, bathroom and kitchen sinks plus minor corrections to the hot water tank. Keep in mind I opened the walls and demoed the incorrect plumbing already he literally needed to make the connections, he said sorry for the sticker shock. I said I understand you've got bills to pay. He said yep we've got to pay the football players. Essentially I paid $100 and his ferry fee to delay my weekend and he was $1000 higher than the day before. Not how you should be doing business if you want long term customers but at that price you only need a few desperate folks a day. I'd say get rid of the football players and spend the money to train your staff on professionalism and proper estimates.

Zach really took care to make sure we were safe. We had excellent, outstanding service. He called PSE several times on our behalf to get our power back on. The quality and timeliness of work was excellent.

Zadrian and Ryan came to my house to help increase my water flow after a water heater replacement that stopped up my galvanized pipes. They were able to get my water working and give me future proofing plans to look into.
