I would not give them a 1 star if that was an option, but I called them because I have an unclogged toilet. The next day, they showed up late even though they said they were gonna be here in the morning. Well, the guy that came over said he put a camera, but he didn't do that and then he also charged us $82 just for us to look and they did not tell us they were gonna do that. Have some serious issues with the plumbing and the pipes. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Try to call cooperate, but they just stood up for the worker even though he was giving false information. The person we spoke to is Mark. The guy who came over is name Gato.

We called Beacon Plumbing to have a running toilet rebuilt, two bathroom faucets replaced and a new dishwasher installed. I waiting until the dishwasher was delivered (around 11am) before calling to make an appointment. To my surprise, the dispatcher said she could have someone at my house between 2 and 4pm - later in the day. Twenty minutes later (around 11:30am), Troy called to let me know he would be at my house in about 30 minutes (very quick!). Before noon, Troy was assessing my plumbing issues and had a written estimate that thoroughly explained the work to be done and costs associated. Troy was extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable! He quickly repaired the toilet, replaced the faucets and removed/installed our new dishwasher! I would highly recommend Beacon Plumbing, their customer service is phenomenal - they really deserve more than 5 Stars! The cost is a little high, however, paying for highly qualified/knowledgeable professionals is money well spent! I would definitely request Troy when calling! Job # 185028

Found a leak under my house. Beacon was recommended by a family member as they had a good experience with them. Called Beacon on Labor Day and they had Dan come out within a hour. He was very courteous and explained all what he needed to do. Customer service is key for me and I am happy with how things turned out. Other reviews have them as a little pricey, what plumber isn't, however they were cheaper than 2 other well known plumbing companies that I dealt with. Personally I would pay a bit more for a customer friendly company and one that says they will be out when they say they will be.

Called Beacon Plumbing out to my home they sent out one there top techs Tony Hall, he came out to check on my furnace it couldn't be repaired. he gave me a quote to replace and the price was real fair. Tony did a great job on the install I would recommend Beacon plumbing to all my friends and family. Thanks to Tony I'm warm again job # 213185

I'd like to give a big thank you to pluming tec Josh J. who came out and ended up replacing our tankless water heater last month on job 223163. whereas I wasn't expecting to have to replace the whole system, Josh took the time to explain all of my options, including the repair of my existing ancient system. I couldn't be happier with the results! Even more impressive was their 90 minute response time on a Saturday with a courtesy follow up on Monday. Josh made it easy to call Beacon again when we needed our heat pump serviced this month.

I rarely write reviews because so many vendors are not making an effort to operate at a higher level of customer service. That is not the case with Tony of Beacon Plumbing Heating & Mechanical at all, he is a master worker, with a strong skill set and very positive vibe that made me instantly comfortable with hiring and paying him on the spot before he even got started. He rescued a home sale with his quality work and helped me to de-stress big time. His work passed inspection, was done quickly/on time, and cost a fair price for the value provided. If Beacon had 10 Tonys, they could Rule The World!! Great work T, we will do business again, thanks so much,

Beacon is pricey, but they’re available 24 hours and are super responsive. Jake was very communicative in setting realistic expectations and sticking to a reasonable timeline. I had recently had my plumbing completely redone, and although Jake was puzzled as to why the previous plumber had done certain things, he explained things to me to the best of his ability so I could contact the previous plumber and explain what I needed done under warranty. I’m still without hot water, but that is not Jake’s fault. He would’ve gladly replaced the tank, but I opted to go another route.

Last Sunday I had a disaster in by bathroom. I won't go into details because it would be explicit! Needless to state after a brief freak out I got online and called beacon plumbing. The person on the phone explained that since it was Sunday it would be a 100 dollar fee to come out. Normally it's 75.00 she explained. I told her that was not a problem and I was just grateful they could come out so fast! Within 2 hours Mike and his helper Mike strangely enough came out. After a quick inspection Mike told me my grinder pump had failed. I didn't even know I had one. Ignorance can be blissful! Mike explained this would take care of all my plumbing problems. It's Thursday and I've had no further disasters in the bathroom. I would definitely prefer beacon plumbing and Mike Henry too all my friends.

After interviewing several other companies, Beacon Plumbing was the best fit. I have to say from the initial visit, the follow up and bid to the final repairs, 4 older toilets and installation, water heaters we were completely happy with the work. Both Robert and Grant worked well together, were tidy, and were knowledgable professionals. We will save the time in the future and call Beacon upfront. It is so nice to have all good things to say!!

I wouldn’t recommend this plumbing company to anyone. They came out to my dad’s house to fix a leaky pipe they overcharged my dad. Ended up paying $750 and the technician only changed one pipe. The next day we turned on the faucet and it was still leaking. I called them and they sent another tech to check and he was rude saying that my dad should’ve told the tech what work he needed done. Well that’s why I called Beacon because we were freakin we didn’t know why it was leaking and The previous tech only had replaced the cold water and the hot water pipe needed to be replaced also. So my dad had to pay an additional $420 with the other tech totaling $1,150 for two pipes they over charge and is very unprofessional! I will never ever call Beacon again! And I will tell everyone not to either!
