I was really impressed with the worker that showed up to fix my bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. His name was Troy and this guy was awesome! I've had poor service with a plumbing and electrical company in the past and underwhelming service from another plumbing company that had to cut into my ceiling for a problem upstairs. I suggested that they cut upstairs first, but they told me their plan was best. Well, they ended up having to cut upstairs after cutting the ceiling anyway. This was a different issue this time, but it was a very difficult job. Troy was able to get the job done. His knowledge and workmanship were excellent!
He was also very friendly! He went above and beyond and did not give up on a difficult situation. Thank you!

Company added a $75 "trip charge" to its agreed and signed estimate for replacing a bathtub drain stopper, plus sales tax, and ultimately charged $578.84 for less than a one hour visit, with half the time spent outside in their van. Invoice did not break out the cost of the part from the labor cost. I feel like a fool for paying them. Do. Not. Use.

I had a gas leak from a shoddy install done the night before on a new gas range. I had called at least five plumbing company’s before calling Beacon Plumbing with no one being able to assist the same day despite their claims at emergency service. I called Beacon at 1:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and was told that a crew would be at my home between 2-5. David and Josh showed up around 3 pm and quickly assessed the situation, did the necessary repair and left within an hour. They were both fantastic! I will definitely call Beacon again.

These two plumbers were super-fast and efficient! Before I knew it, they had the old supply valves replaced, the old kitchen faucet removed and the new one installed and working perfectly. What a relief to have the kitchen back in order. Thank you, Beacon.

We called beacon plumbing they sent out a technician Tony Hall he was a very pleasant young man. He found the issue with our furnace and gave us a great price on a new one. We recommend beacon plumbing to all of our friends. Job 218587

Tony is very articulate paying attention to detail which is why I will be hiring him again in the future. He takes everything to the next level as far a customer service making sure he is doing what the customer needs. I was very lucky for Beacon Plumbing to send me Tony as I have struggled in the past finding someone who actually follows through and does a good job. Job number: 226657

Before I review, I gotta start out by asking folks to take note of all the positive reviews of beacon. They are exceptionally formulaic and highly indicative of being solicited, reviews for hire. I note that many of them give positive reviews of multiple offices, for start. Wow-bad week for someone-right? Most reviewers have less than 3 reviews which are generic in content and glowing! More to the point, they make mention of the names of crew persons sounding as if they were all drinking buddies. Who does that? Inflated reviews, fake news.

Now onto my own, true experience...

Be leery of a company that discounts 40% after you've turned down their first proposal. That's how used car salesmen operate. They would not provide even a rough cost for a simple service, insisting they had to send a crew out. One stopped by on their way between jobs, provided me what I considered to be an excessive price which I turned down. I recall it being close to 2500 to unclog a yard drain. The crew, (no idea their names-btw), immediately recanted and told me they could do it for about 800 less which was still too much for my needs. I understand equipment is expensive, but considering I was able to open the drain on my own with a shop vac and 6 extra feet of hose, ya... you expect me to think they're the experts? I was then billed $75 for their 15-minute visit. Had I been provided even a rough ball cost of their services were going to even be remotely beyond what I was willing to spend, I'd have never had them come out. I will not consider them for any projects in the future. I suspect their business model relies on clients who know no better, or are in Desperate Straits. I did give them two stars under the assumption that they probably do good work but deducted a star based on my opinion they pay for fake reviews.

We needed the water pump in the toilet tank replaced. They gave us an appointment between 1pm and 4 pm. Finally showed up at 7:30pm. They didn’t give an estimate and when the technician came he said it would cost 372 $. We decided to look for another company and they charged us 85$ to come out. Very frustrated and can not recommend
