Had Beacon repair our water heater supply line that burst. After the repair, noticed, without asking a giant 8”x11” advertisement sticker for Beacon had been put on my water heater. I also found another giant advertisement sticker on my furnace, which they were not hired to service or touch. The sticker is also designed to not come off, so I am unable to remove them.

Highly unprofessional to leave giant advertisements on my property without asking, including on appliances they were not hired, nor authorized to touch.

The only advertisement this has served for, is to remind me who not to call when I have heating or plumbing concerns. When I later needed a full A/C install I was sure to look at every company, except Beacon.

Jesus and Liam were super helpful in capping my gas line. I also appreciate that they were able to come out the very next day. Easy, quick job and I guess they did it safely.

The flat fee sucks for an easy, straight-forward issue like mine. $300 bucks for 15 min job feels like a rip off. They charge you $75 bucks to come out and look. So it ends up feeling like you're trapped Apprentice did the critical part and I'm not even sure it was double-checked. Plus customers should know that techs encourage positive reviews with promise of a discount. That's why you see a common format to many reviews, like mentioning tech names. I eventually got ahold of the owner to complain about the high price and misleading tactics, guys was super defensive, going on and on about their costs. Also, totally denied that techs offer a discount for a review. Eventually he calmed down and promised to look into my bill. NEVER HEARD A THING. Whatever! Avoid if you can.

Sean R was amazing. He was able to quickly diagnose our water leak problem, offer us options, and then promptly fix the leak. We would totally recommend Beacon Plumbing, even though Marshawn doesn't come out for every call. Our Sean was even better than Marshawn. Thanks, Beacon!!! KL

We had a "oh no" moment on a Sunday evening and thought man calling a plumber is going to be expensive - if we can get anyone to respond. Beacon responded first call, had someone out in 30 minutes, Sean - he was kind, knowledgable and Super helpful. Came up with a solution that was fast, as economic friendly as possible and had us fixed and water back on within 2 hours of us calling. We Highly recommend Beacon and hopefully you'll be lucky enough to have Sean come to your house too.

My water heater died. Called in the AM and was able to arrange same day install. Beacon was the only place of over a dozen called which had an 80 gallon heater in stock and could do same day. A life saver as we leave town tomorrow. Arranged everything over the phone with the tech, sent pictures, and price quoted was exactly what it cost. Ned was amazing! Knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain all my options, benefits of each, and costs. And this install looks much better than the last which wasn’t up to code. Thank you Ned!

Complete rip off, super rude. Overcharge us to move 3 lines, didn't even bring it up to code, didn't inform us we needed a permit or inspection. 2 hours of work for 5,000 bucks. I had to have a different electrician come out to do it proper.

Just want to say how pleased I am with the service provided by Ismael, his helper, and Beacon on Saturday in Lakewood. Everything went super smooth from my initial call late Friday night to the call center as well as Ismael's initial evaluation, diagnostics, and resolution of my cross-connection problem. Very professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Will definitely use Beacon's services again.

My water heater wasn't working this morning, called Beacon and they came the same day! I called other places around and they couldn't come until next week. Ismael came to our house today to fix our tankless water heater. He is awesome! Ismael was upfront about the cost and very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and got my water heater to work the same day. I highly recommend Beacon, they are professional and very responsive.

Ian (and his partner) were absolutely amazing when they came to repair, and ultimately, replace my broken down heat pump! I so appreciated their integrity, empathy, professionalism, and customer service. They seemed to genuinely care about the issues we were experiencing, and did everything they could to address our concerns. Furthermore, Ian is the most responsive technician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Once we're ready for a furnace replacement and/or tankless water heater, Beacon will be my first call because of people like Ian and his partner. Thank you so much.

I had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night that was able to hold till morning. I called the after hours service and spoke to a very helpful woman who set me up for a call back first thing in the morning to set up the visit. Elias called me back at 6 am (which was great, I was expecting the call after they opened at 7:30) and after getting details of the issue, let me know someone would be at my house between 9-10 am. 10:45 rolls around, no one has arrived. I call Elias back, he said they should have been there, he'll call the office. 11:20, no call, no plumber. So I call the office direct and am told they'll talk to dispatch and let me know what's going on. Another hour, still no contact. So I called another company and set up the fix with them. When I called to cancel the fix with Beacon and explained why, they didn't seem to care.

Honestly, I don't mind that their folks were running late. I know things happen. I really didn't appreciate them not letting me know there would be a delay. It's a Friday, so time was limited to get someone else out without paying the weekend premiums, plus the fix was a toilet issue on the only toilet in the house. They need much better communication with their customers.

However, both Elias and the nice lady I spoke to at 2 am deserve some recognition. Thank you both for being responsive and helpful.
