They were quick to come out but so overpriced that it was insulting!

$900 to patch a small hole in exposed pex is nuts.

We used them before and they charged $1,500 just to swap out a washer hose.

I would only call them if you were about to die of dehydration and it was midnight in the desert. Otherwise, call someone else. 😑

Robert and Bobby came out and got the clog fixed up that I was unable to clear. After a lot of hard work they were able to get it done without having to bring in the bigger machine. Excellent work and would recomend.

Dan and Sam came out to run/install electrical disconnect for our new therapy spa for our daughter. They were very courteous and professional. They worked hard and got the job done. Looks clean.

Absolutely horrible! Called twice to confirm the price. They arrived and it's a company different story. Whole experience was ridiculous! Don't waste your time! This was our $500 mistake!! Told us we needed a Whole new furnace, other company came out after their rude service and within minutes told us it was bad capacitor. Other company had us fixed up in under 40 minutes. Beacon wanted $6000.00 for a Whole new furnace. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

Anthony and his co worker were incredible! Anthony is very very knowledgeable in this area, and they both really went to bat on my main water line all the way 89ft to my city connection! I had my line hydro pressured and I do need my line relined, but I have a quote and will save up to have Beacon, and Anthony come back out to do the job. We had a couple obstacles but Anthony came up with a solution every time. Plus he gave me great advice to maintain this temp fix as long as I can!

I was so relieved to have such a GREAT experience and a GREAT outcome to my plumbing nightmare at my newly bought house.

I had a leak emergency and Beacon was at my place in an hour! Zadrien was amazing and informative and had my issue resolved the same day I called. I would definitely use Beacon again

Had them come out specifically to do a sewer scope for a home inspection. Told them the inspector hit blockage, told them we needed the sewer scope from a plumber to get a better idea of what the blockage was. Not only did they charge DOUBLE anyone else, THEY DIDNT RECORD THE SEWER SCOPE so now we have no evidence to give the seller to fix the problem.

So disappointed. They said they weren't specifically told it needed to be recorded. Even though I had in-depth conversation with the plumber explaining we needed the video. The deal will most likely fall through now as we are out of time.

They didn't even attempt to correct the issue or offer to go out and video it again. $675 for a bid for work. What a rip off

Sean R was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, and answered all of my questions. This is the second time we have used Beacon, and we will continue to use them. They provide great service, and are always fast and reliable.

Charging $750 for a 5-10 minute fix is not only absurd it’s wrong! Wrong on so many levels. Even with drive time my repair was less then a hour. The part probably $10 dollers. Shame on your company!
