We had a wonderful experience with Sturm heating on the installation of our new furnace. Collin and Joe did a high quality job and explained all the steps of the installation. They put down carpet and rug protectors and cleaned up during and after installation! Thanks for your great work!

I love this business! My husband and I have been customers for over 20 years. When we bought our last house 5 years ago I had them install all new furnace, a/c, hot water heater, and gas fireplace. We also have continued yearly service contracts with them. They were on time, professional, and very thorough! When I recently decided to move my a/c unit to a different place outside my house they were awesome again. The service men were on time and very pleasant to work with. Their attention to detail and knowledge when discussing options was appreciated. They cleaned up after the job meticulously! Thank you Canyon and Killian for a great job! Andy, their sales person is awesome too. Very up front and never over selling what is appropriate for a job.

Our daughter's home needed an A/C repair or a new air conditioner. Ronnie Jarvis came out to give us an estimate. He explained that the old unit was a "freon" a/c and not repairable. He looked over the system and explained what our options were. He said Sturm had the properly sized unit that we needed in stock and gave us a delivery date. He kept us informed up to that date. The installation was on 7-07-22 by Joshua and Daniel. They arrived and went to work. They worked steadily, cleaned up the debris. The new A/C works well, keeping the home cool. We are pleased with our choice of Sturm Heating.

We had Sturm help with our remodel last year, and they did a great job. So when our furnace and A/cC needed replacement (from 1986), Sturm is the first company I thought of. I did get other quotes including Costco, and Sturm was still the most affordable. And they do great work.

From the moment I reached out to Sturm for an estimate until the on-time completion of the installation of my split-unit HVAC, every interaction has been unquestionably positive. They were on-time for every appointment. The installers, Chris and Ezra, as well as the electricians Steve and Victor, were polite, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. All in all a rare, positive experience with a home repair company. I unconditionally recommended Sturm for HVAC purchases and repairs!

Yay! Joshua and his team had to come out and completely replace our heating and AC. They came out two days in a row, and they busted their butts getting this done quickly for us and we appreciate that! Professional yet sociable and a pleasure to have in our home. Next time we need maintenance on this system we’ll be sure to call Sturm again and request Joshua and he team! 10/10 can’t go wrong with Sturm!
