We had Randy come work on our air conditioning, which wasn't functioning. Not only did he fix the problem, he gave us a very detailed and helpful explanation as to why we were having a problem and what we could do to avoid it in the future. I would use him again!

The company engages in unlawful business practices. I would suggest avoiding them until the company becomes transparent with their charges.

The employee worked on our heater. He said he needed to go buy a part, left for 1.5 hours (he could have been napping for all we know), and would not provide a receipt or store. He then says the part was $425 (it's a $30-50 gas valve). We complained about this deceitful behavior, and the co-owner (Harry) decided to yell at me on the phone. He states we don't have a right to view the receipt for the part that we're supposed to pay for, and that we should just be happy we have heat.

We're happy we have heat, but not happy about the company's unlawful business practices, nor the co-owner's behavior and lack of customer service ability. Bad company..

Serviceman said we needed a totally new furnace. The problem was actually a faulty high temperature cutoff sensor ($135). Charged nearly $300 to install the $135 part, assuming because it took 2 trips. Luckily my brother is an HVAC tech and told me to have them check for this. Talk about egg on the face. Can't believe they didn't at least comp me the extra trip charge. Brother, with 35 years of experience says NEW furnace/ AC is rarely needed. Get a 2nd opinion when that's what anyone tells you.

The crew at Air Control Heating and Electric were professional, clean and efficient. They installed the equipment as promised, at the estimated price. The equipment is great. The service they provide stands apart from other companies I have used in the past. If you want a good estimate, great quality products, and awesome service, give them a call.

I should preface this poor review by saying it frustrates me to write this. I had Air Control install a complete duct system and furnace in my old craftsman home without prior ductwork. The competed the work in July of 2017. I was quite pleased with the price and service as it was a big and complex job.

However, since that time, I have been frustrated as a customer on two separate occasions.

1- I had some additional duct work done in early 2018. I asked for a mailed invoice after completed work and it never arrived. As time passed it escaped my radar. In early 2019, I received a notice of a past due invoice. I called the billing department and explained I had never received a mailed copy so hence didn’t pay the bill. Being a year later, I had no way to validate the time or charges so the total bill was their word without any way for me to validate charges. They assured me that they were being fair and it was their fault for missing the invoice for a year. I payed the invoice. Red flag 1.

2- this spring, I invited them to provide a estimate for a ductless heat pump system in my new garage. The estimator arrived and all was well. In the subsequent months, I left 3 voicemails with him and two notes with the office staff. No follow up or call. I never did receive an estimate of any kind. The excuse given was “email issues”. On the final call, I spoke with the estimator himself and he promised an estimate by the end of the business day. It never arrived.

It appears perhaps the company is poorly managed without a focus in follow up or customer service. It’s a shame. I liked them, but there are many other HVAC providers in Spokane. So I will pass. I wish them well.

I had a prompt response to my request for a quote, and was able to schedule my air conditioning installation within two weeks. The techs Matt & Ben, and electrician Forest were friendly, efficient, helpful, and great at explaining things.

Brian Angel was at our house for a furnace check up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was good with my four year old taking the time to answer her questions . On top of this he took the time to look at and answer questions I had regarding my travel trailer and a issue I had with thefurnance. I recommend Air Control to anyone who cares about proffessionalism and kindness.

They installed my furnace in 2013 it cost me $8000, the furnace has had multiple repairs and totally dies today and was condemned. They do not stand behind there work! I do not recommend them to anyone!

Techs we have delt with were great. But now we need a new unit and you think someone would want to call us back been two days trying to get an answer.
