More years ago than I remember they installed a new furnace in our home. About 10 years ago they installed central air. Every since Banner Fuel installed our furnace we have had there Guardian plan (their yearly maintenance program) on both the heat and cooling system. They good news is we've never had a serious problem with either system. We have appreciated there professional,and knowledgeable staff. As a 40 plus year customer I highly recommend Banner Fuel without hesitation.

We had a tank with them for 7 years we filled it twice a year at a cost of about 700 bucks a shot. We only heated our family room with a small stove, so we decided to put in a wood burning stove to save some money, I had just had it filled before we did this so it was 60% full when they came out to pick it up they said I would get a check for the fuel in the tank I was fine with that but then I got a bill for the pick up and rental fee. I just got the check in the mail it is for a lot less then what I paid for the fuel, with no break down. I'm not sure this is good customer service.

We returned from a weekend away to discover that our house was cold because the gas furnace had quit working while we were gone. Our regular company was a few weeks out in availability so we started calling around, Banner was the only company that was able to come out that evening to assess things and, even though they couldn't repair it immediately, they were able to identify the issue and located the necessary part the next morning. Thanks to Banner, our furnace was putting out heat again less than 24 hours of us discovering it had died.

Banner installed my new ductless heat pump. They came in below a competitors‘s bid, showed up exactly when they said they would and took exactly as long as they said. System works perfectly.

We have a 6 year old Lennox heat pump/air handler(furnace) system. The heat pump kept freezing up and shutting down in the cold, so would go into auxiliary heat mode (furnace). Heating bills went way up because of that. After spending hundreds of dollars on service calls with 2 other companies with no improvement, decided to call Banner. They sent their tech (Christopher) out. He completely checked the whole system out and said everything was in great working order, except the defrost mode for the heat pump was set to defrost every 1and 1/2 hours which is not correct. He reset to defrost at 1 hour and it’s been functioning great ever since! He was in and out in an hour! Wish we would have called them sooner. Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We had awoke to notice our furnace was not operating properly. The outside temperature was about 3 degress. After calling our normal HVAC company and finding out they did not have 24/7 emergency assistance. We had called Banner Furnace & Fuel. They immediately sent out a service technician (Todd Nguyen), he was friendly, professional, very informative and knowledgeable in what he was doing. He fixed the issue with our furnace and got us back up and running smoothly. I would give 5-star rating, except the price was a bit high, although it was a emergency. I would definitely recommend Banner Furnace & Fuel and ask for Todd. Thank you Banner and Todd

They did a great job. List of things they did. Removed my old boiler, baseboard radiators and galvanized pipes. Installed new baseboard radiators, new PEX pipes. Relocated boiler to new location, routed gas to the location. Installed a new Combi-boiler. (I had no idea these types of unites existed. Such an amazing idea.) I am pleased with the work, installation and the products. The house is really warm and comfy and the water is hot. Always been good working with banner. They even installed my mini-split. It is working great as well. Thanks and I look forward to having you maintain my new system.

I've been using Banner for a few years to fill up my old oil tank but, that old tank was not heating the house efficiently. The cost of fuel has gone way up, too. Finally, this year, we had them install a new furnace and coil. They took out the old oil furnace tank from the basement. Travis was our estimator. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were also friendly. The house is very comfortable. We will have them install a new condenser in the spring. Thank you, Banner!

OUTSTANDING customer service from manager Charlie! He is the best! Had a confusing repair on my furnance. After several trips, that turned out to be a simple fix, he worked with me on the final bill to ultimately come up with an amount equitable to us both. Charlie manages a great team of servicemen: Ryan, Shawn, and Jonathan, to name a few. Charlie provided the most responsive, friendly, fair customer service that I have experienced in years.
