Banner Furnace & Fuel

From initial bid through the replacement of my furnace, Banner went above and beyond. I wanted to deal with a local outfit and had a 66 year old furnace that needed to be replaced. I also wanted to be educated about the whole process so I knew exactly what I was getting and in order to be prepared for what that entailed. I knew what the bids included and was given a couple of options based on our discussion of my needs. The technicians were there a full day and were absolutely professional and left my home clean where they had worked. I really appreciated working with them.

So, I think this is about the fourth time I've used Banner Fuel. As before, I worked with Tim on the estimates and planning phase, and I have come to trust him and appreciate his candor so much that I rarely look for other estimates any more. The work itself, which was improving the efficiency and aesthetics of prior retrofitted ducting, was done by Darren and Andrew on day 1, with Ilya joining Darren on day 2. The technicians are polite, punctual, and clean up after themselves. Darren is particularly good about communicating and he kept me informed throughout the process, and gave me the chance to weigh my choices as he uncovered areas where options were available. I also appreciate that everyone speaks to me as the decision maker, and doesn't automatically address the man in the house as so many tradespeople tend to do. I strongly recommend Banner for all your heating and cooling needs. They have not let me down yet. I fully intend to contact them for my next project.

Our AC quit working and we contacted Banner. They came out as soon as they could. Shaun, the repairman was polite, pleasant, efficient and had our AC working in less than an hour. Repair cost was minimal. We will use Banner for any and all further issues we could have in the future.

Our daughter recommended them as they had an AC system installed last year by them and were extremely pleased with the entire process.

we had our water heater die and with my husband being disabled as well as our roommate we were in desperate need of immediate help. They sent out the repairman Dayton who was knowledgeable and very professional. He determined that it couldn't be repaired and called the office to get a salesman out asap for us. The salesman was Tim Fricke came out the same day . Between the both of them they ensured that we could have the install the next day and both me and my husband appreciated their quick response and it didn't break the bank. Dayton came the next morning as promised with the new water heater and explained to us the whole installation and made sure that all was up to code and took the time to explain what we needed to do if the pilot was to go out etc. We appreciated that they were able to come out quickly to the rescue. Everything went smoothly and we weren't charged the service call since we were installing a new system. We will be customers forever with this kind of service in such a bad situation we appreciated their honesty and quick installation. We felt we were in good hands. We will recommend your company to all of our friends and family

Service is second to none. These folks do great work and have for generations. They do the heavy lifting so you can be comfortable when the weather inside needs an adjustment

Banner was quick to give me a quote for a full install of a furnace and AC system in my house. I had no ducting and only baseboard heat previously. Tim worked with me to make sure the system was what I wanted. The installers were out the next week and their work was nothing but amazing! Great to work with and answered all of my many questions. I'm loving my new central air!

From our initial call for an estimate to the completion of installation, our interaction with Banner employees was always courteous and professional. Our estimate for a furnace replacement took place within 48 hours of our call, and the estimate was in our hands shortly after. Our installation took place promptly at the scheduled time and was accomplished efficiently, One other well known and heavily advertised local company took some two weeks to provide an estimator, and frankly we never did receive a bid. I would highly recommend Banner!

The workers who come into our home are informative, friendly and extremely helpful in explaining and helping me to understand the process. They do awesome work. Over the years I have used Banner Furnace & Fuel multiple times in multiple houses for multiple different services. Each time they have been professional, helpful, skilled, clean and on time. On one job they quoted a 1 day install but because of issues that were not in their control it ran into a 2nd day they were already booked for. Yet they still showed up on time on day two. When the techs show up they are respectful and want to make sure you know what they are doing and why. Ive never had a bad experience with Banner through 2 furnaces, 3 AC units, 1 hot water tank, 1 UV light and duct work. I would highly recommend them.
