Our AC went out on Monday 28th June. We called around and everyone was booked out. Banner helped us locate a new motor the service tech Johnathon came out and discovered the new motor was bad. He arrange to get a replacement. Within a few hours he was back with a new motor and had installed it before knocking on the door. We were so surprised thinking with the heatwave it would take days. Johnathon was extremely professional and confident. Johnathon should be recognized as a outstanding employee . We will recommend Banner to others and will definitely use your company in the future.
We had a great experience with Banner. Tim, who provided us with an estimate, was very patient and answered all our questions--including follow-up questions by email. We got four bids and decided to go with Banner because of the personal service and the company's reputation. Our first A/C unit turned out to be defective, but Banner was there the next day to swap it out for a completely new unit. Very professional and communicative throughout the entire process.
Banner replaced our old gas furnace and hot water heater, the later of which was on its last legs. Tim Fricke presented us with some great options for both and we went with a high efficiency gas furnace and a tankless hot water heater. Tim was great to work with! The installers were schedule in a timely manner. They were very friendly, really knew their stuff, and had everything done in 2 days. We can't recommend Banner enough.
We could not be happier with the service that we received from Bryan at Banner! Bryan told us everything that he was doing and explained what different readings meant. After having another HVAC company tell us that our furnace was in need of replacement, we wanted a second opinion. Bryan went through a much more thorough inspection and tune-up on our furnace. After the actual tune-up he showed us that the problem that we were told meant a new furnace was remedied. Bryan was extremely professional, polite, and thorough. It is clear that he really know what he’s talking about. We will definitely be using Banner from now on!
I have a furnace that has been working intermittently since fall. I've had Banner out multiple times. A part was replaced at my expense that didn't fix the problem. Twice I had an appointment and the service tech was a no-show. It's too bad because I've used Banner in the past and they did fine. The service schedulers were very polite every time I called. But today they are supposed to come between 11 and 3. I am sitting in a cold house. So I'm going to cancel the appointment and move on to a company that can stick with it and fix the problem the first time.

Banner Fuel has been in business for a long time and they have a great reputation. That's why I chose them to install a new Aprilaire 600 humidifier. They came and inspected my heating system and within a couple of days I accepted their quote. Next day they were here and had it all installed within 2 and a half hours. A nice looking job and works great. Thanks very much. My wife is very happy too.
I have been a Banner customer for years. I have never had a bad experience with Banner Furnace and Fuel. From duct cleaning to oil delivery to maintenance and repairs, Banner has always arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. I live in an older house, and my furnace has stickers on it dating back to 1965. It was here long before I was, but with the Guardian plan, Banner has kept my furnace humming year after year without issue.

I had initially called Mainstream HVAC for a buzzing sound, during the service call their techs ended up tearing my furnace apart and telling me I needed to replace my whole HVAC system which costs between $11k and $18k. The mainstream techs said it was “illegal “ for them to reassemble my furnace and “illegal” for them to recharge my AC. Startled by this exorbitant price tag, we told them we needed to shop around and Called Banner. Banner came out the next morning, reassembled my furnace, tested it, and let me know that everything was fine. Banner checked the a/c, which had not leaked and did not need to be recharged. Banner discovered the buzzing noise we were hearing occurs when the compressor motor first starts, which is normal for a 15 yr old system. Cody did an absolutely fabulous job. Incredibly professional, honest, knowledgeable, friendly. Can’t say enough good things. Sales and service department did great in every way. I will never go anywhere else for HVAC needs.
