Our furnace stopped working probably for a couple days. Thank goodness it wasn't terribly cold outside, because when I figured it out I called them to come out and check on it. Turned out to be a burned out coil, which was easily and immediately replaced.

Called on a Monday afternoon to report problem with our gas furnace. Technician was out early Tuesday and had to disable the furnace due to potential for giving off dangerous gases.
Called the sales rep for our area and he came out by 2pm that same day. Without any sales pressure he provided lots of options and prices. He answered all our questions and clearly stated the rationale for his answers.
He talked about installation costs and long term costs for our options. He told us about rebates and Veteran’s discount.
We listened carefully and made our best choice without pressure.
On the following Monday two installers arrived early and installed a furnace an AC and a thermostat by 2pm, just hours before nighttime temps dropped into single digits!
I appreciate the customer oriented service Sturm has provided us over the past 10 years.
2 days after the installation I have already recommended Sturm to 4 people who have said they need service.
Last summer when my pool heater died near the end of the season they quickly repaired it so we could have a few more swims in the Fall.
I recommend Sturm wholeheartedly!
