I had Michael from Sturm out this morning about 2 weeks after just having my system serviced by another company that starts with H.I wanted a diagnostic and second opinion. The last guy was from another company and just gave me shady vibes when he said that I needed a new motor and 2 of 6 of my elements were out. He also said my motor was leaking. None of this was true and apparently I only have 3 elements in my 1000 sqft home. My " squirrel cage" was filthy and never cleaned or even mentioned by the last provider and was blocking air flow. Sturm was honest and professional and I am feeling pretty relieved that they just saved me a few thousand dollars! Thank you Sturm!

Sturm installed a gas line for a new cook top. They did an outstanding job. They spotted a mistake that was made by another company when they installed my gas furnace. Sturm corrected that. Technicians were great. Very happy with the work and crew. Highly recommend.

Jaden was exceptional and somewhat of a mind reader! He showed up for the scheduled appointment for squeaking and squealing, gave a quote for a motor/blower and said, “you never know when something like these will go out; might be tomorrow or a few months from now.” We ordered from him that day and he said I’ll be back tomorrow…that night, the entire motor went down!

Next day, Jaden arrived, new motor in hand. One hour later…HEAT.

Great service from start to finish! Kip in Sales was a pleasure to work with, friendly and professional. He took extra care to provide us with space heaters for the several days we would be without heat.
Chris and Josh replaced our old boiler, they were both personable and professional. Chris provided clear communication at the start and end of each day they were here, and he made sure the new boiler was installed exactly as we needed. They were also diligent about cleaning up the worksite at the end of each day.
They city inspector just left, he was very impressed with the quality of boiler and materials used.
We are very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Sturhm to anyone looking for updating their heating system.

Contacted Sturm and they sent over a technician the next morning. Respond quickly, friendly, professional and to the point which I appreciate. My furnace was working within 30 minutes. I also received an A/C installation quote prior to this. Definitely will contact again for future needs
