I have not heard from Sturm if the job was complete nor have I received a final bill or receipt nor did I get anything about the inspection being completed. I heard they (Sturm) had an issue arise which was causing the system to lose coolant (told to me by the tenant-nobody ever communicated with me). They took extra time to try to resolve-but again, I did not hear from anyone at the company so I don’t know what issue they had. I will have the system fully inspected by another HVAC professional in the next month or so to ensure it is 100% operational.

Sturm was very responsive and very professional. We had furnace problems that turn out to be a blanket of cat hair on the cooling coils. That fixed the problem. This led to us having our duct work cleaned. House is a much better environment. Thanks to Sturm for the great work. Highly recommended.

I should have posted this earlier. These guys did a phenomenal job.

We’ve had two heating projects completed by Sturm this winter and have had an overall positive experience with this team. Even our dogs liked them!

The first project was to replace an electric baseboard heater that died. After calling around, I was relieved to find out that Sturm still installs these. Ronnie (sales) had a tech out to our house two days from when I called. Our tech was Tim M. He arrived right on time and was very courteous and friendly. Installation went smoothly and Tim also identified the issue with the original unit.

The same day that Tim finished this project, I called Ronnie again for a quote on installing a mini-split ductless heating and cooling system. He was able to stop by the house that same afternoon and give me a quote. We decided on three ceiling (casette) units.

Our main tech for the mini split project was Joe. I was particularly impressed with his meticulousness in making sure everything looked the way we wanted it to. If the location for the casette didn’t work due to the layout of the beams in the attic, he explained this and suggested alternatives/what would make the most sense. He also made sure that he and his tech assistant cleaned up after themselves at the end of each workday. I work from home full time and everyone from Sturm who entered the house was very respectful of my work area and working around my meetings if they needed my input on something.

The one area we were a little disappointed with was scheduling communication. There were some breaks throughout the installation process and there was not always communication if and when the guys were going to show up. Fortunately, I work from home and this was a non-issue, but can see how this could be frustrating for other families.

We got professional service, a name brand product (Mitsubishi), and are very happy with the work that Sturm performed. Thank you SO MUCH to these guys! I know it was dirty work crawling around in our tiny attic space and it must have been miserable installing the outdoor unit in the cold weather we had at the time. Much appreciated! The mini-splits are working great!

Anthony was knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and respectful of me and my home. He came in for routine maintenance and found that we had a screw loose on an exhaust pipe that was dripping and causing rust inside the furnace. He tightened the screw and recommended that we keep an eye on it to ensure the problem doesn’t continue. Very pleased with his and Strums services.

I have always used Sturm, they have been professional, prompt, responsive. I have not comparison shopped but am assuming I am getting a fair price. They are my go to people for HVAC repair and everyone I deal with has been all of the above. This time I was very impressed by Ryley the young tech who came to evaluate the system, Andy who got me a new furnace, Bob and partner who installed it- I strongly recommend Sturm!

My furnace stopped working and it was 20 degrees with significant winds which made it colder. They were out in about 2 hours and had it repaired with future recommendations. Derek explained what he discovered and discussed options that might be potential solutions. Very personable and didn't mind my puppy helping him. Great service, would recommend to anyone!!!
