We have been with Epic Electrical since we purchased our home in 2015. This is a great company that is always available whenever we need them. I wouldn’t trust any other company to take care of my home they way they do. They started out with helping us with our electrical needs and it is exciting to see this company expand and grow into other areas of the home industry that they can help out with. Their prices are reasonable and all of the guys are very respectful every time I deal with them. I highly recommend this company to all homeowners who are looking for a company that has great rates, you want someone you can trust and goes above and beyond for their clients.

We lost power to a number of outlets after having to reroute wires for a window installation. Epic electricians were systematic in their diagnostics and easily corrected the problem. The business manager was attentive, professional and diligent. Reminder calls were timely, and arrival time for the electricians was accurate. We are scheduling some additional jobs as a result of our positive experience.

These are the guys you want. I had two companies give me an estimate. Epic was more professional in their assessment process, more involved, and much to my surprise less expensive than the "other guys" whose solution was to run power outside my house vs underneath via the basement. Yes this is a real unpaid endorsement. That's how good they were. Hello hire Epic!

We had 2 ceiling fans installed. Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We would definitely use Epic Electric again!

Epic put in our Mini Splits throughout the house. They are very professional and kind. We will definitely use them again.

OMG $15,150.00 to fix HALF of our house, WHAT? Oh okay instead of using our already in place system and fix the issue Epic wanted to put in a new system without doing a COMPLETE diagnostic first. So we called for another bid from a reputable company, after no response from Cody. The other company fixed our issue within ONE HOUR and it was our first visit with them & our bill was only $232.46, Please folks, always get at least 3 bids before you even consider using Epic, which should stand for "Epic Billing".

Kelvin came up to install some lights on our porch and I asked him if he could take a quick look at a weird switch inside the house. 2 1/2 hours later, I had a completely rewired 4-way switch that worked properly for the first time in 3 years. Great people, great work, will hire again!

(June 2023) I have been so happy with Epic in the past so when my A/C stopped cooling the house, it was a no brainer to call them. Vlad is no longer with the firm (on to greener, more commercial pastures) so another representative came to the house. After a brief look at the furnace inside, he deduced that the whole A/C system needed to be replaced. I did not receive a diagnostic report (which I later learned is a thing). His quote was for just under $9,000 and possibly up to a 5-week timeframe. We went outside to look at the buzzing, non-operational fan and this seemed to confirm for him that the whole system needed to be replaced. I placed a deposit but we got a second opinion from Sturm. Although it took Sturm a while to get someone to us, it took them about 30 minutes to deduce that only the capacitor needed to be replaced and they happened to have one on the truck. Within another 30 minutes and less than $300 later, my A/C was working and they were finished. It seems so crazy to me that such varying advice can be given. Epic, I'm knocking you down a few stars because this just shouldn't happen. I do appreciate your very polite and efficient return of my deposit.

(Sept 2021) I used Epic on another project. This time I had them rewire an entire home and add a sub-panel. I can't say enough good things about them. I wanted a good deal but I wasn't looking to cut corners. They did a thorough and professional job from start to finish. Epic's follow-up even after the job has been finished is really impressive and I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work. Vlad and his team are superstars.

(April 2021) I am so impressed and would recommend Epic to anyone. They showed up exactly on time, wearing a mask the entire visit, very professional and friendly. I appreciated how thoroughly he diagnosed the problem before diving into expensive repair concepts. It ended up saving me a couple thousand dollars and lots of hassle. Thank you Epic!!

Starting with Zack on Monday to Norman. We had a great response from the start. Good guys. They had new equipment the next day for Josh and Daniel to install a new furnace and A/C. This guys were fantastic! Hard working and very professional. The installation process went smoother than I anticipated. Great job guys!
