My fiancee and I were very pleased with the service provided. Even short-handed they made it a priority to get our furnace install complete just before Christmas, so that we wouldn't be without heat for the holiday. Sadly our furnace caught on fire and we could no longer heat our house ! I called Spokane comfort and in 20 minutes they had Dustin at my house ! He was in company logo and put on booties to protect our floors ! He was able to quote the work and beat all other quote and that next morning from 8-10 they were here installing my new furnace ! Don’t hesitate to give them a call they are amazing , respectful , and professional.

We had a new gas furnace installed to replace our 27 year old one. Because the price was so good, we also decided to have them add AC to our forced air furnace. Both jobs were able to be completed in about 4 hours. Very professional and courteous installers that showed up on time and made sure to explain everything they were doing. I had a few other bids that seemed to be high and Spokane Comfort beat them by about 10-15%. Great experience, we will definitely be recommending them to others!

Had an old forced air and AC replaced. Salesman, office and installers were great! On time and went right to work - unit was stuffed in a tight closet but everything went very smooth! Would definately recommended and will use them to do all my services! Thanks

Two days after I received my bid they began work on a new furnace and ac. Showed up on time and finished quickly. The area was cleaner when they left. Equipment worked as expected. Came back the next day and cleaned air ductwork. Extremely happy with timely manner, quality of work, pride in work and excellent communication.

We had an ac installed in our first house by comfort years ago, and a new furnace was installed today in our current residence. Both times have been incredibly pain free. They identified our furnace as unsafe yesterday & completed the replacement within 24hours. Josh and the other associate were incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Would recommend and might even get an Ac through them soon.

We spent a lot of time getting estimates for several local businesses and Spokane Comfort Systems was by far the best quote we received.

John, who came to do the estimate was very professional and answered all our questions. When we received our quote, it was itemized with everything that was going to be done (the other local businesses did not give us an itemized list just a summary...which we did not like).

Also, Spokane Comfort Systems did not charge us to remove our 65 year old Oil Furnace, which was great! When we scheduled the installation of our new Gas Furnace, they were extremely accommodating with our schedule and that of Avista.

The installers came and went right to work. Josh, Garret, and Dustin were also very professional, even with all of our questions as they were doing the install. They did not hesitate to stop and explain things to us. It took a little over a day to complete the install and they did great job.

Martie, the office person, is very friendly and helpful. If you had a question, you could call the office and talk with Martie and she would get that answer for you right away! We even stopped by the office just so we could see what our new Gas Furnace would look like and they had no problems showing us. The whole crew made us feel like we were not just another job to be dealt with which we appreciated.

We are very pleased with this company and can highly recommend them. You will know the total cost of the work that will be done up front before committing to the service and they did a great job calling us to let us know that they were on their way (no surprise in just showing up as we have dogs that needed to be put outside),

After some bad experiences with some other local companies, Spokane Comfort was a real breath of fresh air. We reached out to get a quote for a ductless heat and cooling system. We made an appointment and Eric came over right on time. He suggested the right size system for us and got us a quote in less than 10 minutes. We decided to go with them, and got on their installation schedule within a week. The day before installation, Eric gave us a call to confirm start time and some other small details. Installation day came and the guys were really nice and professional. Once the install was complete they also took their time showing us how the system works and giving suggestions of how to maintain it during the winter/snowy months. I would definitely recommend these guys. Timing was excellent, they were very friendly, and no one else could beat the quote we got.
