We got another quote done through Holiday Heating, they wanted $3k more the same work that Spokane comfort systems did. Had a new furnace installed, I thought it would take all day but the job was done quickly, especially considering the work they did. Our lead technician was Josh who found a big hole in one of our vents, it wasn’t part of the job but he patched it up. He also gave us a lot of good advice on how to maintain our furnace - as first time home owners we really appreciated the information.

This past week I had Comfort Systems come do a diagnostic on my gas furnace that was not firing. While Comfort Systems did not end up completing the repair, I do want to comment on the interaction I did have with them. Not everything went smoothly. I voiced my concerns to Comfort Systems. I received a personal call from the owner who acknowledged my concerns and also explained why their tech took the actions they did. After the conversation was over, I was left knowing a portion of my concern was misperception on my part. How the owner respectfully, calmly handled this situation is a textbook example for handling this type of customer feedback. This is a business you can trust to take care of you, particularly when things don't go perfectly. I would have no issue contacting them in the future.

I have a split entry home and downstairs is always cold except in very hot days many in a row. I called Spokane Comfort as they had given me excellent service installing a new heater 3 years ago and a AC unit last summer. Eric came 2 days after I called described the mini split and in 1 week it was installed it is wonderful love it! Great job! Highly recommend Spokane Comfort.

Great company! They were prompt in getting a repair person out to assess the condition of the a/c unit. It was very old and in need of replacement. They installed the unit within a week. I called one other company for comparison of cost. They were close to the same price but could not install for at least 3 weeks. I will be using Spokane Comfort Systems as my go to vendor for all heating and a/c issues.

Excellent service, Josh and his team came in and were professional, knowledgeable and had great attitudes! Could tell the loved there job by the way they communicated with each other. Pleasure to have them do this install for us! Great job!!

Dustin was of great help giving all options so we could make a decision we were comfortable with. We decided to replace our furnace and they were able to install the next day. This was important as we had no heat and it is in the teens at night. Hoping all will go smooth tomorrow when the instillation begins.

Fantastic company to work with. Woke up to our heat not working and they were able to get someone out the same day within a couple hours. I really appreciated the honesty in saying it would be better to just replace our whole heating system rather than putting a penny into our 29 year old heating system and constantly having to have people out. The installers were professional and courteous. Martie was always helpful and friendly when I called with questions and always had the answers. They told us about a rebate and loan that go through Avista which was very helpful. Any time I need service I will definitely be choosing Spokane Comfort Systems over any other. 10/10 friendly, genuine, and helpful people.

Responsive, professional, and courteous team from diagnosis/sales through new system installation. This company was by far the most responsive and timely with communication and scheduling. Technicians were very knowledgeable and cared about the quality of work they performed. Great experience working with Spokane Comfort Systems.

Our prior a/c heating system was 16 years old and needed to be replaced. Spokane Comfort Systems was very efficient, polite and completed the install in one day. The price was better than I expected. They left our house just as clean as it was before. I would highly recommend this company.

Dustin was awesome! On time, answered all my questions and he was here and gone in 30 minutes and my heater is working! He gave me some education on costs for a future investment in a new system that’s a sticker shock but price of homeownership and upgrades can be costly nice to know he has the knowledge about it. Great company I would recommend it to anyone looking for the first time with this type of service
