Bought a furnace and humidifier from SCS in 2012, and was very satisfied with their products and service. What prompted this review is the maintenance service by SCS technician Jason M. He was efficient, polite, and very willing to explain in detail not just the need for us to perform a few basic maintenance routines, but the reasons why. His van was fully stocked with every part needed to complete maintenance, and the price was very reasonable.

Everyone from Spokane Comfort Systems was great! The price was more than reasonable, and scheduling was super easy. The techs were efficient and cleanly. We couldn't be more happy.

This is my third time using Spokane comfort systems. They are always upfront, professional and were there on time. Their pricing is good and we couldn't be happier with Easy and the team!!

We met with 5 HVAC companies and Eric with Spokane Comfort Systems hands down gave us the best education on HVAC equipment as well as understanding our needs and old home. Install went without a hitch and we have now been able to use both the AC and furnace. Compared to our 20 year old equipment we couldn't be more pleased and surprised how quiet it is. Their prices are competitive but their knowledge and professionalism far exceeded others.

We were more than happy with our AC installation! Service was very professional and every worker was extremely friendly and enjoyable to work with! A very hard working and honest company and would highly recommend to anyone!!

Melvin repaired our furnace circuit board, and was very friendly and professional. Would recommend for heating and cooling repairs.

After research and estimates from several companies, I chose Spokane Comfort Systems, Inc., and I'm so glad I did. From their sales rep, Daren, to the installers, and to the office staff, all were very professional and knowledgeable. Oh......and the most economical!!

These guys do good work. I had them upgrade my heating system and water heater (to a thankless) in Feb. They showed up when they said they would. They charged what they said they would. And when I've had any issues, they've answered their phones and called me back on a Sunday.

I've recommended them to mane people now. I have no affiliation with them, and didn't know who they were before hiring them.

Superb service! Right before my wife and I were about to have our second daughter, the circuit board on our central A/C went out, leaving the house extremely hot. The cost to replace it would've ordinarily been around $750; replacing the system entirely would've been more practical, but we lacked the finances to carry it out at the time. But Eric, expressing concern for us having a newborn in a sweltering house, discounted our total price to just $500, AND credited us with a $300 discount toward the purchase and installation of a brand new HVAC system! What's more is that when the technician, Jeff, installed the new circuit board into the old system, he noticed a potentially hazardous electrical problem with the blower motor. Jeff and Eric then volunteered to replace the blower motor FREE OF CHARGE, just because they were so concerned about my family's comfort and safety. These guys have gone so far above and beyond, expressing a level of care and professionalism that is unmatched in any other company I've ever dealt with. I'm a lifetime customer now, and I would recommend Spokane Comfort Systems to anyone in a heartbeat. My deepest, most sincere thanks to Eric, Darren, Jeff and the whole crew!
