Just had furnace and central air unit serviced and inspected. Anthony and John did a super job. Fast, thorough, and kept me informed through the entire process. Have used Sturm for past work with great results. Recommend Sturm completely.

I’m a first time customer with Sturm and I had been having issues with my furnace and A/C unit for years know, well that changed today. Chuck came out to my property and took a look, found some issues with the thermostat and my AC unit and got right to work. He swapped out some parts, and checked with me before installing, or charging me. I was very happy with his thorough work, professionalism, timeliness, and attitude. Not only that, but he made it a priority for it to get done today. I’ve worked in customer service industries most of my life and I feel I can say that Sturm offered stellar service today, and they will definitely be my number one option going forward.

Sturm installed a Mitsubishi split system in four zones of our house. From the project initial point of contact Ronnie to the technicians Joe D and Channing, the entire event was done professionally. The knowledge of the install and the overall finish was top level. Extremely happy with the amazing heating and cooling system and the overall experience with Sturm.

Sturm Heating and Air Conditioning just installed a new gas furnace and heat pump in my home. Andy met with me to assess the heating and cooling needs for my home and to weigh my thoughts and preferences as we determined the best choice to meet both my needs and that of my home. He was friendly and knowledgeable without any pressure.
Chris and Ammon arrived early on the day of installation and were able to get the job completed in one day, although it was a long one for them. They were friendly, professional and meticulous about cleaning up after they finished the job.

Sturm heating installed a complete heating and cooling system, including ductwork, in my log home. Strums salesperson, Andy Bernier, came out and gave me a bid and explained everything they would do with a no pressure and knowledgeable narrative. The bid came back with an excellent price. Scott, Tye and Shannon did the install and were very considerate of my home taking care to always clean up their mess and inform me of what they were doing and why. They answered all my questions and explained the system to me and how to use and maintain it. Shaun and victor did the electrical work and were clean neat and friendly. Overall a great experience and a very well done system. I would highly recommend Sturm heating.

Sturm has been doing the installs for the property I work at and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Quality of install, quick response regarding repairs or parts needed, and the professionalism from Brandon in particular has gone a long way. 10/5 stars, I would recommend to everyone.

Sturm has installed a couple heat pumps and A/C for us over the last 20 years. The installation and service personnel who came to our home and office staff we spoke with on the phone have always been professional and excellent to deal with.
There were some glitches getting one of the systems tuned in but Sturm was responsive and persistent and we've been very pleased with our decision to work with them.
We had an issue with our a/c recently and Josh was on time, friendly, thorough and efficient. He was also tolerant of my looking over his shoulder and asking questions. Would gladly welcome him for future service calls. I will continue to call Sturm for any future HVAC needs.

Sturm installed a new mini split in the second story of our home. They were courteous, prompt, clean and efficient. It looks great both inside and out. I would highly recommend this company.
