Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace stopped working on the weekend. I called Sturm on Sunday — there was an option for emergency service, but I decided to leave a voice message. I was called back promptly on Monday morning and a technician was at my house before lunch. I originally purchased the furnace from Sturm, so they were able to cover the parts under warranty and I just paid the cost of labor plus “travel and diagnostics”. I didn’t love that, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker and I was thrilled to have a working furnace less than 24 hours after my voice message the day before.
It was a great experience and I would call Sturm again without hesitation.

My moms heat went out a couple of nights ago. She is 81 with cancer. I called Sturm in the morning and Derek came and put in a board that went bad. He picked up the part and returned and she had heat by the afternoon! Derek was great to my mom.

I got a quote with Sturms for a ductless system last spring however I unfortunately was not able to follow through with getting it installed. I contacted them again at the end of February and they were able to provide me with a new quote with the information gathered previously. To my surprise, they got me an appointment a week later. The team arrived on time and were out by early afternoon. They were considerate of the fact that I sleep during the day and were very respectful.

I have no problems with the work that they did and everything is working great. It's amazing to have actual heat again in my house and I can't wait to try out the AC. Can't recommend Sturms enough and I will be using them for any future work.

Great service from start to finish. Sturm installed a new HVAC system to replace our 30 year old model. Very pleased with the new unit. They weren't the least or most expensive and they had a quality brand name system that we recognized.

Not only was the price the best, but he gave me a quote on the spot, chatted with me about alternative options, and super straightforward. Calling for a service appointment to diagnose problems with our old furnace was easy and the visit was scheduled in just a couple of days. That serviceman quickly assessed our system and then clearly explained the problems he found and why replacement of the furnace was really the only option because at 35 years old, there were no replacement parts for the several faults which were evident. Scheduling the installation that day for just a week later was handled well.
Ty and Collin arrived 15 minutes early on installation day and worked happily and tirelessly, solving some minor problems with my existing facility with ease. They happily answered my questions with clear explanations. The test run revealed a loose drain connection which Ty easily remedied. As he left, the electricians Sean and Victor arrived to complete a couple of electrical connections and complete the electrical inspection. They found a need for a different circuit breaker which they didn't have on hand, so will return with another day to complete and approve the inspection.
Our new Carrier furnace did a great job the next day with single digit temperatures and a wind chill outside!
All the paperwork provided for permitting, owners manuals, etc. was well prepared and presented.

We just got our new mini split system finished this afternoon! Joe was excellent and communicative the whole way through the install. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was always careful maneuvering around my houseplants and most importantly he did a great job on the system. The weather was awful, extreme negative temps, and the guys worked hard the whole time. He finished up very quickly on the last day, alongside Channing who was also very friendly and hardworking. Thankful for a warm house!

The water heater stopped heating properly and started leaking. I called on Thursday. They were out Friday morning. The new tankless water heater was installed on Monday morning. Pretty fast and very professional. I especially liked how they text a picture of the tech who is on his way. Helps in this age of never ending scams.

Jason and Derek came out to fix my furnace. The overall experiences was great. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. The price was great and they fixed the issue. They were very friendly too.
