Installation of two separate ductless heat pump systems was completed in under one work day by a crew of 6 men! Every employee was very respectful and very helpful. All of my questions were patiently and respectfully answered. I am very pleased with the quietness and quality of the Mitsubishi ductless heat pump equipment and the installation looks very clean and professional.

Melvin was very friendly, and polite. He was also very direct, and clear when explaining what needed to be done in regard to the minor issue he found during our maintenance service. We are new to the area, and will definitely continue to use, Spokane Comfort Systems for all of our A/C needs. Thank you!!!

The inspection for the quote was timely, very detailed, did not leave us with any surprises and the representative was very friendly! During the install everyone was very timely, kept our home very clean and they were able to install the unit faster than expected!! He fixed my problem and explained everything I needed to know about my heating and cooling system. I am very, very pleased with the service I received from Spokane Comfort Systems, from my initial call to the completion of the installation of my AC. Eric, the owner, came to give me a bid. He was very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. My units were installed within 2 weeks by the best team led by Wayne who has had years of experience, along with Bob, Nate and Coy. Two great electricians were also integral to the team. My house has been transformed with my Mitsubishi mini splits, making it so comfortable on these hot summer days. I would give this company 10 stars!!!

Jason M. at comfort systems is our guy! We were so happy to find out he still worked there. He did a tune up for us in 2016 and this year (2022) our system was starting to struggle again. We called and requested the same tech. He was here on time, replaced a couple items, cleaned up a very dirty system and never even mentioned us needing a new system. (which ours is quite old so he could have easily tried to convince us that ours was toast and he didn’t). From what I can tell this company operates with integrity and they will always get our business so long as Jason continues to work for them.
