Jason was very friendly and helpful. He fixed the problems we called about and completed an instalation that had been left undone. He also did a great job in explaining the system and programming.

This was a weekend repair (of course we noticed the problem at 5:30pm on a Friday) and Cougar arranged to help us out. The tech, Jason Herndon, was on time and very professional. Got the problem fixed as promised. Awesome Work!

I had a concern with a Carrier mini split system that Carrier installed in my home. Long story short, their technician determined the units were mis-sized, too large in the bedrooms and too small in the living room. This lead to the units being every efficient in the bedrooms, so much so that they couldn't keep the temperatures steady (70 on heat = 82 in room) while the living room struggled to keep up. Todd, the manager, ended up working with me and Carrier and was able to get the proper sized units for the rooms. The units were installed and they are fantastic! The techs were great to work with as well. I appreciate a company that stands behind their work!!
