Very great to work with. Only one that called us back, out of 5 calls. We had relocated from Yakima. Friendly, very nice. Great experience.

I would rate the company three stars though some of the techs were very good. We had a new furnace and heat pump installed. The process took 8 days and involved 6 or 7 different techs. I believe this was due to the experience level of some of the techs.
Some of the problems encountereed involved components not being installed completely. They were all curtious though most were inexperiened.
Finally when Jason H got involved the issues were quickly identified and taken care of. He was very professional and thorough. He explained what was going on in terms we could understand. I definately would rate him 5 stars
After 7 days, the system appears to be working as advertised.

Don't waste your time on them like I did. We set up a quote appointment between 8 and 9am. We rearranged our schedule to make that work. I got a call at 8:52 saying the tech wont be out until 10:20. This was his first appointment of the day but didn't plan ahead for how long the commute would be from his house.
Very unprofessional and even worse that they thought it was okay to waste our time because they didn't plan ahead.

I am so thankful for Cougar Mechanical and their very knowledgeable and professional staff. Roman, the technician, was on time, extremely respectful, and more than willing to answer any and all questions. His great attitude left a lasting impression so our family will definitely be calling Cougar Mechanical for any of our future HVAC needs.

Jason Herndon was professional and articulate. He clearly explained the problem with our heat pump and why it might not be cost-effective to repair it. He also set up our appointment with an advisor so that we could review our options for HVAC system replacement. Additionally, he was very fastidious about closing/locking doors and turning lights off before leaving the basement.

Lamont checked out his own furnace and gave himself a great price on a new system! New AC, furnace and water heater all working great!!

Anthony was a fantasy tech, who took the time to assess and repair our faltering furnace… he had it up and running in about an hour. He had great communication and took the time to walk us through his assessment and repair steps. Great company!

I have used Cougar Heating for several years. This was the first time that Alban had done the service. Not only was he professional, kind and knowledgeable but he went above and beyond for me. While working on my furnace he noticed something wrong with my water tank and that it was leaking. He took the time to go over it with me, gave me options of what I could do and then handled scheduling a replacement and service to come out as soon as possible for me. He was there solely for the heat and AC so if he had not been so diligent in his work I never would have known about the leak and would not have been able to deal with the issue timely. Thank you Alban! You are an asset to your company for sure!!!!

I made a dipstick move and had to call the company out. Anthony was not just on time but early and made everything comfortable was quick in diagnosing the problem and even quicker in troubleshooting. He worked with us on the payment issue we had (we were assures it wouldn't cost us anything) and was very patient during the process. This guy is awesome and from a first time experience seems to care about the customer. When handling future troubleshoots I want to be our guy.

Being a first time homeowner I really didn’t know what to expect. The level of detail in which he explained what was going on with my heating system was outstanding. I now know so much more of what to look for and what to do/not do with my system! Thank you so very much!
