Judah was on time and very helpful and honest with everything going on with my heating and cooling system. He is part of why I like going through Cougar heating and cooling for what services I need!

Initially this looked like an expensive repair but Alban did an amazing job checking every aspect of the system and found a simple loose connection. Alban is really friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining to me what he found as he tested things. I don't know if you can request technicians but when I call cougar mechanical again I would like to ask for Alban.

Albin was great he did a thorough inspection. Found our problem showed me what was wrong and explained everything he was going to do. He made sure everything was working properly and was very friendly.

Alban arrived to do an annual heating/AC system check. He spent about 2+ hours doing the check. Alban was very friendly and communicative. He answered my questions, explained what he was doing in the checkup, showed me diagrams explaining testing he did inside the system.
