Cougar Heating and Air Conditioning

Went with this company because the reviews were promising as I dug deeper I noticed that a lot of the reviews were either employees or family members of employees The first guy that came to help us was very polite and helpful and that's about where the customer service ended. A week went by and they just showed up after informing me somebody would call to schedule an appointment and nobody called the maintenance person just showed up. Didn't have the part and when he informed me that the part was never ordered and it was the wrong part I asked what we were going to do and he said he was going to order the correct part. Then when I had contacted them two weeks later they said it showed their paperwork stating that the part had been installed even though it hadn't. Then they told me they would call me back 3 hours later I ended up calling them back and they gave me the runaround. I have had four people contact them aside for myself and we all get the same runaround they will find out what's going on they never call back and when you call they just say oh we're sorry we'll figure it out or the pieces on back order such a joke of a company

Excellent installation crew. They gave me a number of tips on how to maximize my system and extend its life. Their professionalism and workmanship left me knowing this job was done right.

This installation was an upgrade and I can honestly say even in just one day the performance is far superior to the old system. I would recommend their products and services to anyone.

My Service Tech Judah was very friendly and kept me informed as to what he was doing. He gave me helpful advise on how to keep the System running efficiently. I will Gladly recommend him and Cougar Mechanical to my friends and Family.

My wife and I bought our house about 10 months ago and supposedly had a new heating system, but the previous owners told us nothing about it. Anthony with Cougar confirmed that we had a nice new system but identified that part of our system was incorrectly installed. He was able to provide us options for getting this system working, which will make our home much more comfortable in the winter months

My heating and water heater units were serviced by Aban. He did a fantastic job. I have used Cougar before but had mixed results This service provider was a real pro. I would certainly use him again.

Did the tune up and Lamont was awesome, he was super friendly showed me pictures and videos of what was going on and have me good information for the future. I would call cougar again just because of Lamont.

I was impressed with how much time Judah spent looking over my old furnace and heat pump during a tune up, he was professional, polite, very thorough, and gladly educated me about issues. I have been using Cougar Mechanical for years as they have been great and fairly priced, however their repair prices have really skyrocketed since being bought by a bigger company in the last 6 months.

I had my furnace and heat pump yearly check and maintenance done by Jonah. He was very professional and knowledgeable and price was very reasonable. I will continue working with Cougar Heating and Air conditioning for sure!

Cougar Heating & Air Conditionings Service men came out to install a New Air Conditioner for me, All 3 were very professional , Quick to answer questions, Made sure while going back and forth thru the house that they kept everything clean, They put tarps down just to make sure, They cleaned up the areas that they worked on.
Was really impressed with them. I will always refer Cougar Heating to my clients and friends.
