Doug is AWESOME! He came to service our HVAC a few weeks back and answered every silly question I had about our system. He was friendly and informative. Doug, you rock.

Did a great job of installing a new furnace and fixed duct work. Both jobs were done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them.

I bought a house that came with a one year warranty on the heater and appliances. The Heater was bad and Air Control replaced it. They were told by the insurance Company to replace it with 80,000 btu. But instead Air Control replaced it with a 70,000 btu and the out put was 3,000 less then the old heater. Air Control then told me that they were instructed to replace it with a 70,000 btu heater. After calling the insurance company, they stated no they told Air Control to replace it with an 80,000btu. Air Control then convinced the insurance company that it was the same. Now it takes longer and cost more to heat the house because the heat runs a lot longer. Air Control can not be trusted. I will never use Air Control again.

Scheduled someone to come look at my broken A/C unit. The lady was very friendly with customer service, (which is why this is 2 instead of 1 stars). Unfortunately, the appointment was never scheduled on their end. Never found out until the service man was a no-show. Sought service elsewhere.

Great job and kept informed each step of the repairs.

They took out our old oil furnace and installed a new gas unit, excellent work, great guys explained everything they did, installed a new gas hot water heater also all done in two days great job thank you very much Air Control Heating.

The repair person they sent was professional, wore a mask, was respectful and fixed the problem quickly. They are a great example of what an HVAC business should be.

Everyone we dealt with was incredibly professional and kind. They were honest and told us exactly what we needed and got the job done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Forest is the man! He cane buy and did our GCFI outlet and fixed another outlet in 2 hours. Did awesome work and quick for a great price!

Will not recommend this place, they sent out a man to give me a quote for work on my house , he told me that it would be 1500, I called a week later to get the work done, they told me that I couldn't get the work done for that, the guy got fired for going to people's houses on drugs and that he gave me a quote that was to low... first, you send someone to my house whose on drugs around my kids, then tell me he's on drugs and got fired for it, then you won't honor the quote I have on paper. Bad business, bad ethics.
