Nancy and Randi, your professionalism is of upmost integrity, kind hearted, and informative. Tom, thank you for such an amazing full detailed analysis of our air conditioning unit. Mike thank you for all of your attention to detail, and again for your military service. We are truly blessed to have such honorable men and woman helping our community. To the management, these staff are some of the most caring and concerned I’ve had the opportunity to encounter. They are a valued asset to our community. I am sure they are praised for their their work as it shows from a costumer point of view. I’d also like to say thank you for bringing our family some of the best costumer service! At Air Control Heating, a little old fashioned saying of “your word” still holds framework and a firm handshake that other companies could be modeled by. Arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC unit. Mike was the technician, he did a fantastic job, was very good at explaining things and just an all around great guy! Definitely recommend this outfit.

Tom Collet is one of their Service Techs. He is thorough in his diagnostics and brings definitive problem solving skills every time he's come out to do a job for me. The company is polite and easy to work with. They are the only HVAC company in this region that I will use for my ice retail and manufacturing/wholesale business. When they show up, things get fixed and revenue generation resumes... I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A-plus service by electrical manager Chris Nichols who masterfully managed tight schedules (including three days before a holiday!) on a bathroom project, which included halo lights, a Stiebel heater, ceiling fan, sink light fixtures and more. He was prompt, proficient, congenial, prepared and, perhaps most important, able to anticipate any design and wiring issues so as to pass inspection.

Yes I loved it. Nobody loves having to fix their air conditioning but if you have to, please consider Air Control. I dealt with Max who gave me the best rate and Chris who came out and found out the problem and fixed it right away (leaking connector).

Thanks Air Control, you will be my Go-to repair for my air. God willing I won't need you for a long time.

My baseboard heaters went out and Chris was so great - he talked with me before to get more details about my problem and he and his secretary managed to fit me in between jobs which was above and beyond. Luckily it was an easy fix and I have heat again. I would definitely use these guys again. Thank you!

Amazing service thank you Randi and Tom. One other gentleman but dont recall his name :( Called in the evening and didn't expect to get such a fast response time. They were out first thing in the morning. And fixed my problem in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone. Fast, friendly, and great pricing.

Air Contol put a furnace in my house that requires a 16*24 air filter. This size is not available at Lowe's. The typical size is 16*25. So I have to special order filters or cut the filter to fit. Also the crew stole my 6 foot ladder at the end of the job. When I called and reported it to the crew leader Scott it was no big deal. THEY STOLE MY LADDER. I would give negative stars if that was an option

Paid a lot of money no show twice called ask for manager and owner no call back! Now I’m stuck with a broken unit and no fix
