A+ service! Chris Nichols came out promptly and repaired fluorescent lighting fixture in my master closet. The unit was running on one ballast with four bulbs and should have had two ballasts. Chris recognized and identified the problem, and easily repaired the unit. Great guy who you can trust. Recommend Chris and Air Control for electrical.

My AC went out so I had AirControl come out after hours. The tech said my capacitor was bad. He replaced it and said it still wouldn’t turn on and that I had a bad condenser. The next day Air Control quoted me $1,700 to replace it. Meanwhile I had Holliday Heating and AC come out to get a second opinion. The tech from Holliday looked at the capacitor installed by Air Control and said it was wired incorrectly. He installed a new one and a new fuse and low and behold my AC fired right up. The tech checked to make sure it was operating normally, cleaned up a few things and told me my condenser is just fine. So I called Air Control to get answers, I spoke with the service manager, Harry. Harry said he would find out what happened and get back to me, a week later and I still haven’t heard from Harry. 👎🏻

*Edit* After posting this I received a call back from Air Control offering an explanation on what happened.

We had two separate failures on our LG mini split. The first technician stated that he was unfamiliar with the unit making diagnosis longer than should have been required, resulting in the replacement of two separate parts. The unit failed again in 10 months with a different issue. A different technician came out and also stated he was unfamiliar with this type of unit and again requiring excessive diagnostic time. The problem was corrected but the technician started the unit up and thought there was another problem. Being unfamiliar with the unit, it was working properly. He was instructed to change the parts that were changed 10 months ago, which would be a special order. At this point we called Holliday Heating an Air Conditioning and their technician was very knowledgeable & checked out the unit and said it didn’t require additional service and was operating as it should.

I am in the process of turning Air Control in to the BBB as they are not a very reliable company at all. They were contracted through my home warranty American Home Shield and when they did come to my home about heat duct under my modular they replaced a thermostat and told us they would be back in a couple of days to replace the duct as they had to order it. I t was approved by the warranty and since Jan 22nd I have not heard from them. I have called them one time. I called my home warranty in which they told me they have sent them emails to respond back to them to get this resolved and still no answer as to when the work is going to be complete. They were paid by both me and the home warranty. I have called American Home Shield every week looking for an answer and I keep getting the same answer every time. I called them last night on the 11th of Feb and they were going to turn it over to the contractor supervisor who was supposed to call me today. No call. I am tired of the run around. I paid for a service to be completed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Tom has been the technician who has come to my home several times and provides excellent service! He is a great teacher on providing preventative information. He is thorough and cleans up after having to inspect furnace and air.
I am very particular and Tom and this company deserve 5 stars!

Horrible experience. Years ago had them install a tankless water heater and Furnace. The install crew was less than professional and tried to hide a hole put into the drywall by taping a paper over the hole. Recently the condensation/overflow pump overflowed and wasn't pumping any water out. Figured they installed it maybe they have warranty information on it. Called the service line and had a serviceman come over to look at it. They were quick to respond but got less than was expected for the service. For the 96$ diagnostic bill all I recieved was a service member that came in shook the machine and when it kicked on said well looks like your float was just stuck. Did not take off the cover to even observe the float and said that he could clean it out for an additional 50$. So for my 96$ all I got was him shaking the pump and asked for payment. Called the manager because I feel that he was too quick to make the diagnostic and should have actually looked at the float but manager stated he doesnt see what the issue is. In the end I would avoid this company for install and service calls.

Air Contol installed a heating and cooling Mitsubishi heat pump system for Peters Hardware in May 2014. The system is very quiet, reliable, and so much cheaper to run than our previous heat. The work was done on the day they told us to be ready, with minimal disruption of our business, and all was cleaned up to our satisfaction before they left. I wish we had done it a few years sooner.

After getting 4 previous quotes on a job i finally recieved the one i was looking for from Air Control! Not only was the quote hundreds of dollars cheaper than the rest, i was treated with amazing professionalism! The people were so friendly and helpful on every end and on top of that the quality of work was excellent!! I would highly recommend Air Control for all your electricity needs!!!
