Thank you Air Control! I was in need of a new furnace and air conditioner, so I called around to get a few estimates. The folks at Air Control not only had the best bid but they made me feel at ease. From the Estimator, to the installers, and the service department, they were all professional, very knowledgeable, and pleasant. My installation guys were the best and took care of my home while they put in my new system. My house is the most comfortable it's ever been. I would recommend Air Control to everyone I talk to. Great job everyone and thank you again!

We just had a remove and replace of Furnace and Air conditioner at my Mother's home.
The sales rep. Chris was great, being knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to get the contract done in this heat and humidity we have been having so mom did not suffer in it at her age.
The whole process took 2 days from calling to commit to the job to the finished install.
The crew and electrician were all kind and courteous to mom, respectful of her home and in our estimation were exemplary employees and a credit to their employer and their profession.
We are grateful to them all from sale and techs, to office staff!
My entire family would agree to recommend Air Control for your heat and air needs in your home!

The single zone unit that they put in through SNAP hasn't worked properly since the 2nd month after it was installed. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them since they "ordered" the sensor it needs to blowhot air. I have went through this whole winter having to use a space heater to heat my top level of my split level home. After 3 weeks of calling them and being told once they heard back from their service tech they would call me back. Never hear from them I have to keep calling them. Now being told it's on back order, so no telling when they will have it fixed. They say they haven't heard from their service tech in 2 weeks, doesn't sound right.

I'm sure there are tons of requests for air conditioning installation at the beginning of the summer, but Air Control was able to schedule us just two weeks after our quote. Their installation crew was prompt and very professional, and was done with the install by early afternoon. I would use Air Control again!

Guy showed up for diagnosis because my house is 85+ upstairs, even with the AC running all day. Told him I have a cooling problem and need to figure out how to make my upstairs more tolerable. Suggested possibly installing a second unit.

I was offered 3 options:
$3k to clean the vents and charge my AC (which they never actually tested, just assumed was low)
$5k to do the above and upgrade me to a 4.5" air filter instead of my current 1" filter
$7k to do the above and install UV filtration

I just had Stanley Steemer clean my vents for <$500 (thats an 84% cost difference!!)

They gave me a cookie cutter take my money pitch and didn't even address the actual system issues I have. I called back to ask if I could have someone else sent out who might actually recommend a proper solution and they blew me off.

I have since got other bids to completely install a piggyback system for less than they wanted just to upgrade my filtration. Still not sure how they figured cleaning my vents was gonna improve system performance by 10°+

10/10 would NOT recommend unless you're looking for someone to overcharge underdeliver

I normally don't write reviews unless the product or service is exceptionally good or bad. I decided to replace my 1993 Goodman furnace even though it was running fine but a little noisy. I figured it would probably go out soon and I also wanted to upgrade to add an UV air scrubber. I received several bids and decided to award the work to Air Control Heating mainly due to the sincerity of Chris Smallwood, their representative and the reasonable price. It was clear that Chris would closely supervise the installation crew and ensure proper installation. In fact, due to all factors I also later decided to replace the old air conditioner with a Daikin FIT system also. The new air conditioner is so much quieter than our old system as is the furnace fan. I also love the variable speed fan. The installation crew was right on time and efficiently installed all of the equipment. The crew was very friendly and courteous. All of the equipment is working efficiently and our new UV Air Scrubber works perfectly. They left the area completely clean. We were also happy with the cost. In fact, Air Control's bid was over $1, 600 lower than another bid for the same equipment (same model and brand) from another area HVAC vendor. We also received a free smart thermostat and a $750 rebate from Daikin. We were very happy with Air Control and recommend them highly to anyone.

Air Control serviced my furnace this morning, and Conor was a polite, professional technician who knew what he was doing, went the extra step to check my Co2 sensor. Didn’t waste time and made sure everything was cleaned up when done. Thank you for the great service!

Made call for service on gas fireplace. Previous company had attempted to repair it and after two tries gave up and suggested we get a new fireplace. It was about 10 years old and new units sell for a few thousand dollars. After a few days we just decided to get a second opinion. Made the call to Air Control, whom I had not dealt with before. Technician came out and was very pleasant to deal with and efficient. Long story short was able to figure out problem and get our fireplace working better than ever. Thank you Air Control! You have a new customer!

We had a very difficult job at our home, and we were trying to get closed on a real estate transaction. It was extremely time sensitive, and Air Control Heating and Electric saved the day! They really pushed their schedule to fit us in and were also very affordable, even under the rushed circumstances. We appreciate their professionalism and expertise!

My forced-air natural gas furnace stopped working on 1/19/19, a Saturday. I called Air Control next morning. Donald was on the spot about 90 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem (a burned-out ignition circuit) and made the fix all within 35 minutes. Very cordial and professional. The bill was manageable despite the timing of the repair (a Sunday) because as a PCSA subscriber (I pay ahead of time for routine servicing) I'm exempted from overtime rates and I get a 15% discount on parts. I have had only good experiences with Air Control technicians in the past two years. They know what they're doing and I believe they're straight shooters.
