Abel and Ricardo were professional and fast. Came quickly and job was done in under an hour. Plumbing is spendy but it's nice when a good job is done quickly.

Our crawl space flooded late afternoon Thursday and Abel and Ricardo with Southwest Plumbing came immediately this Friday morning. Diagnosed with accuracy the broken pipe causing the water issue and repaired within 3 hours. Thoroughly walked us thru to make sure all was back up and running without issue. Would recommend highly. I've use them twice. Once for a kitchen faucet replacement, and then a couple of years later for a disposal and air gap replacement. Ridiculously good service. Like, white-glove concierge-level stuff. They go over everything in detail, provide plenty of options from the cheapest to most expensive. They do everything digitally and leave complete, detailed notes and take pictures. Completely no-pressure, they basically lay it all out and tell you what you can do and give recommendations and explain literally everything. It's only ~90 for them to come out and diagnose, but they waive that fee if they end up doing work. I'm blown away by the service level. The first time was with Troy, and then this last time was with Colton. Great at answering questions and giving general insight and recommendations while they are doing the work. Respectful and efficient, but still quite friendly to talk to. Pure professionals all the way through.

They have a standardized price list for parts and labor, but aside from providing a wide range of pricing options for solving plumbing issues, they also can negotiate discounts on parts and service.

Warranties are all at least one year, and many parts and service have multi-year warranties (like 3-5).

There is only one drawback -- it's really hard to get on their dispatch schedule and stay on it. I wanted to use them for another service a few months ago but they made me wait all day and then rescheduled, twice, and then I cancelled because I just couldn't wait anymore and had to go with another company (who wasn't nearly as good). Then for this last service on 2023-04-14, they originally said they could come same day and made me wait until the end of the day before telling me they couldn't come, but but then they rescheduled just the next day and actually made it, so I was still quite happy with the result.

In general, if you can get on their schedule and they actually make it out to you, it's well worth the wait.

I had a broken tub faucet nipple, which I was unable to extract myself. Given where the nipple corroded and how close to the wall it snapped, I was concerned a plumber may need to cut into the wall to expose more of the pipe to extract the broken pipe. Technician laid out my options upon arrival and started with the least invasive tactics. After a few failed attempts using their beefier tools, technician resorted to a sawsaw. I figured at this stage their was no option but to start punching holes in the wall. However, technician was super careful and was able to chip away at the broken and lodged threaded nipple. After a bit of time the technician successfully removed the broken nipple with no collateral damage to the wall. I was super impressed with the technician’s work, attention to detail and care. Technician installed a new nipple and faucet and my shower was restored. I could not be more pleased by the quality of work. Thank you!

My hoa hired this company for a huge job in our apartment complex. I was reasonable with them working going in and out of my house turning my schedule upside down, because I work nightshift. They told me they had to bust thru my floor and make adjustments to the plumbing , assured me that they would cover my belongs and not cause a mess while working. Upon completion after about a week and a half they left my condo a mess , didn’t sweep or clean any debris . I attached photos of how they left my place. (They said another company will put my carpets back.) but the entire room and surfaces are all covered in cement dust. There’s debris all over the floor they should have swept up. All the clothes in my closet need to be washed because they didn’t properly protect my belongings as they assured me prior to the work. There’s cement and dirt smudges all over my walls. I feel they could have cleaned up a lot better.

EDIT: SW plumbing swiftly rectified the issue, Chris Miller came out and has been awesome, prompt and knowledgeable. He re did all the work within a few days, removing the bad concrete pour and pouring new concrete. Cleaned up all the debris from the last job and even tacked down the carpet which the last plumbers said they would not do and did a better job than the carpet guy. They also offered to pay for additional cleaning. Would do business again.

Ryan came out almost immediately and figured out our issue. Bumped it on up to Dom who then took over and made sure everything was taken care of. In one day we had three groups of people in back to back to make sure we had a kitchen sink in working order. Stephen is beyond a doubt the best asset for any service company I've ever met. He was prompt and worked so hard even though he was alone. Was kind and thoughtful and helped us out giving us pointers on what to look out for in the future. When they came back the following Monday to finish up Stephen and Keegan not only finished up quickly but helped install my new kitchen faucet. I recommend then all 100% but those two are top quality workers anyone eould be lucky to have in their home

Annie was my first contact and went out of her way to help me. Ryan was the technician who did the work. He let me know there may be some problems on installation. He got every thing taken care of without any issues and in a timely fashion. I believe this is the second time I have used Soth West Plumbing and it went off without a hitch. Thanks Annie and Ryan

The guys were very professional and did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves and took the old water heater away. I have used Southwest Plumbing several times and they are the ones I call for my plumbing problems..

I recently purchased this home only to be surprised by the alarm and a slow leak. It turns out the water heater was 4 years old and had been installed incorrectly. The problem was explained, fixed, and charged appropriatly for quality work. Trustworthy people- Excellent!! Will use again. Thank you.

We needed a new water heater. They came within a half hour and removed the old one and replaced it with a new one. The repair man was prompt and courteous. He did a great job. Thank you.
