We bought 2 new toilets and proceeded to drop a installation bracket down the pipe. They came out and completely understood the issue, and are up and running. Very professional and I have used them several times. They are the best.

Kitchen facet water line value broke. Called and they were able to send someone out within 90 minutes. Because I had to turn off the Main water supply, it was vital that they came out same day. They came in did an assessment and quickly wrote up a quote, they then quickly started and completed the work. Looks and works great with no leaks. They were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. Norman from Texas and his partner were great and left everything very clean. It was a great experience.

Southwest Plumbing repaired a water issue I was having in my kitchen. They did the work professionally, and were so nice too. They had just the faucet I wanted, so they installed that also! So relieved to have it done, and so quickly! Thanks Southwest Plumbing!!

I called south west plumbing about no hot water which was because of a leak. Plumbers showed up 6hrs later, I was told they would be there when someone was available. I told the plumber about no hot water and the I found the leak which was leaking for 6 hrs during the early morning from a 3/4" pipe. Plumber asked if I switched off the water heater breaker I said no he said probably no need by then the water heater was probably toast from no water going through it. I checked a little later and the breaker was still on. The plumber told me I needed a bunch of pipe replaced and it would cost $24,000. It would be $25,000 if the water heater needed to be replaced. I told him to fix the leak and I would have my son see about replacing the pipe. The plumber told me the job was done I signed for the repair and asked if I had hot water and he said I don't know and left didn't rest the breaker or test water heater to see if it worked and left. I didn't know if I had hot water or if the water heater worked. Being I called about no hot water originally I would think checking to see if the water heater worked especially after no water in water heater with breaker on. Thankfully the water heater works. The plumber's were Curtis and polite it seemed to me since I didn't want $25,000 worth of work then the job was done. I was told it would be $1800 to fix leak and I was given a discount to $1100. I just didn't think the job was done until everything was checked.

Replaced 30 yr old High end German toilet water supply valve. Metric fittings. Did it all in one quick visit. They did it without disturbing the irreplaceable tile behind it. They also did it with a normal valve that we can buy replacement parts, hoses, fittings for at any hardware store. No more buying parts on line from Europe. Very knowledgeable and professional in everything they did.

Audie was very professional and courteous. The work was completed in less time than he estimated it would take. He and his helper cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything that needed to be done. I recommend Southwest Plumbing.

We have used Southwest many times and feel they deliver quality plumbing repair. However this time, I removed all the siding from the side of the home so they wouldn’t have to crawl under the house since the leak was right under the sink by the side of the house. They still charged $499 for an access fee. In addition when they put the water meter cover back on after turning the water back on all the wires were sticking out. I realized it 2 days later while watering my plants. I’m glad I hadn’t weed whacked out there yet. The leak is repaired, very costly, but done. I do not think I should have been charged such a large fee for access, not to mention the typically high price they charge to fix a small section of pipe. I will continue to use them but am certainly disappointed by this last call.

They have provided excellent service for us in the past so we reached out again when our bathroom flooded. They responded immediately. Our house is older than Methuzila and our plumbing even older. But these guys are so knowledgeable and solution oriented not to mention compassionate and more than fair. They explain things in layman's terms and are respectful of our decisions on how to move forward with repairs. No pressure. No scare tactics. Just good people who know their stuff, eager to help and flexible on price and payment/finance options. I really appreciate running into businesses like this one in the trades. Thank you James!
