Southwest Plumbing did a whole house repipe with pex, replaced the hot water tank, all fixtures and toilets, and installed a whole home water filtration system to solve our hard water issue and allow us to safely drink our well water. They did what they said they would do, in the time frame and budget agreed to. We are very happy with the work completed by Trevor, Michael, and Silas. They were all very professional and easy to work with. They hauled away all the waste and debris generated and left the work site clean. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future projects.

We received a coupon to have a drain cleared with a free camera inspection. The coupon was a fair price, and if you’ve received one it’s worth using so you can identify the current status of your pipes. During the inspection, it was determined we had a soft clog which can only be resolved with high pressure jetting. We received an estimate for over $10k to jet the line and add a second exterior clean out. With no basis for what this scope of work can cost, I contacted several other plumbing companies to get competing estimates. We learned quickly that the estimate we received was grossly overpriced. We ended up going with a local competitor (I Need A Plumber Now) whose estimate was over half the price of what were quoted. Please get other estimates if you work with this company before making any commitments.

Southwest Plumbing was very instrumental in helping my business in it its plumbing needs. They were gracious, on time, and very professional. When the plans fell through they are willing to issue me a refund. They are truly an amazing company. Thank you!

Called today for an outdoor faucet repair. Did not expect same day service however Vincent and Lazar were here in about an hour and provided excellant, professional service. Would not hesitate to call again if needed in the future and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for the GREAT service.

I had such a positive experience with South West Plumbing and electrical, I honestly would recommend them to anyone. I had a crazy situation of my electrical meter falling off my house. They came and gave me very reasonable quote compared to other companies. They were able to get the work done the same day, working late into the night. We had a hiccup with the city I live in and how they manage permits and inspections. Isaiah was in constant contact with the city trying to push to get them to move more quickly and keeping me updated on the progress. He was very on top of things and went above and beyond. Thank you for all your hard work. I now have power again.

Everybody I spoke to was professional, efficient, and friendly. SW Plumbing was able to send somebody out within hours if my non-emergency call. Mark who came out to fix our slow-flushing toilet was awesome! He tried the less expensive, less invasive approach first and we thought it fixed the problem. When we realized a few hours that the problem was still happening, Mark was happy to come out first thing the next morning to take the whole toilet off, find the problem, and reset it. I so appreciate the quick responses, quick yet thorough work, and friendly people. Highly recommend Mark and SW Plumbing.

We had a toilet that kept clogging. The two James from South West Plumbing showed up promptly and checked the drain pipe carefully before installing the new toilet that we had already bought at Morgans. There were many indications that they were dealing honestly with us as they shared their decades of expertise. They were friendly and understanding and were happy to honor the coupon that we had. We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs.

James & Juan (S.W. Plumbing) installed my hot water tank. They were efficient & informative. They started as promised & they had excellent customer service.

Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with Southwest Plumbing’s service.

They were highly communicative (I.e. they even texted me the name and picture of the tech that was going to show up). While at our house they were kind, respectful, and professional. Their quickness to diagnose and fix was also a plus.

The only drawback is that we felt mislead on the cost of work completed. However, I still think it was five stars despite this small blemish.

We had an emergency with our plumbing and they came right out fit one. They were very kind, quick, considerate, friendly, understanding, great job and I could go on and on. I would recommend them to everyone. Also cleaned the area up and can't even tell we had a problem. So satisfied. Thank you so much!
