My husband and I just experienced Southwest Plumbing at it's finest. We had to have all of our cast iron pipes replaced with ABS pipes. From the first moment they came into our home to discuss what we needed to have done, the professionalism was amazing. There were seven combined workers that participated on various skill levels. We would like to thank everyone who helped get our house working again. Thank you Mike-Mark-Josh-Trey-Jason Tate and Keegan. Southwest Plumbing will be around for many years with employees of this quality.

Southwest plumbing did a large multi day exterior sewer repair for us. Communication was great, they carefully worked around some sensitive plants and trees, put everything back and cleaned up perfectly. The problem is resolved and I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

SW replaced my water heater 3 times. Each time their new water heater failed within 8 months. The anode rod failed each time and they had to replace upper and lower heating elements. This 3rd tank, SW will not honor the warranty and they are blaming me for having hard water. I checked with Covington Water and we do not have hard water. I checked with 4 neighbors and their tanks are all 5 to 10 yrs old with no problems. I will no longer us SW Plumbing for water heater service. SW had their own electrician check and approve the grounding of my water heater. SW are suppose to be experts and they can’t find the problem and then charge me to repair the water heater.

The service was excellent! The plumbers were friendly and professional. They asked how they could help, explained what they could do and costs up front and well. They worked quickly and expertly. They cleaned up after themselves as they completed each project. They identified a potential electrical problem, explained it to me clearly and patiently, and made arrangements to have a colleague from the electrical department to come out to diagnose and repair the problem at no additional cost to me.

We have used Southwest Plumbing on numerous occasions over the last few years and highly recommend them. Everyone we've worked with has been professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Recently, I had two plumbing issues and Norman and Francisco came out that day and had everything working properly very quickly!! Last year, my husband was extremely ill and preparing for surgery when our sewer line backed up into our shower and we had to turn off the water. The people with this company were so responsive and kind. We needed to have a large section of our underground sewer pipe replaced and they worked around all our medical appointments and then until 10pm the night before surgery so we would have water. They never disappoint and will always be our go-to company!!

From the initial call for service to signing the invoice, the SWP team was a pleasure to work with. Everything was explained, comms were friendly and polite. Expectations were set and met. Kirk and Michael were our technicians, and they were friendly and professional—and offered insight that helped us with our home. They asked questions and gave us options, and replaced our water heater without any problems. Even payment options were ez pz. We are a repeat customer and today makes it even more likely for us to continue calling on them for service when we need it. Highly recommend.

I was able to start the process online, chatting with a representative. Doing that insured all my information was communicated correctly. I was scheduled for service the next morning and Raul promptly showed up. They were in and out in an hour and did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the service and will use them for future projects.

Pipe shifting and disaster relief. Things could have gotten worse as it has in the past. I see what was done long ago when the house was under 4’ of water. While this property was vancant and up for sale, sabotage took place under property and land and sewer tampering which caused the house to collapse. When it did pipe direction was changed and or destroyed. Then the aggressive owners of adjoining property trying for several years to reverse the easement without any concern for damage financial loss in zoning violation, backdoor taxing and insurance fraud. Thank goodness southwest plumbing was there to help finally diagnose the physical dilemma of how to realign the Down flow properly or the confusion of past plumbers to correct from the past disasters of the collapse of house. This sewer ordeal has been a 27 year nightmare. There is still a trespass (non agreed easement connection) in the front attachment under the public sidewalk, but statute of limitation prevailed for the code violator and my property was stuck with the tax and insurance for additional basement plumbing and confusion of ownership because of code violations. I was forced to purchase schedule “A” of sewer to end this feud but persistence to capture connection using false charges to confuse the truth. I am thankful to southwest plumbing for correcting the physical problems to the sewer lines exiting my property and ending future damages.

These guys are top notch!! Great, straight forward service. They laid out my options, plain and simple, then immediately took care of business.
I’ve had them out twice, once to replace an aged water shut off valve, once for a water heater tune up that turned into a replacement. Quality, professional workmanship on both counts.
I do think they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have no regrets calling Southwest and will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.
