I called for help with a chronically clogging bathroom sink drain. The clog was taken care of by Nate and he informed me that the cast iron pipes were a part of the problem. James, his supervisor, came out that same day to explain my options going forward. I elected to have the pipes- probably original to the 1958 build of the house-repiped. Within 2 days that work was started by Keegan and Tyler. They finished in 1.5 days. I also decided to replace the old sink. Keegan was very helpful in guiding and directing my decision regarding the new sink/faucets. Everyone was courteous, considerate, professional and friendly. All were patient and helpful in answering my many questions. I checked with neighbors who had similar work done recently by another company and found that that had paid the same price for their repiping project. I’m very pleased with the results, quality of work and fair pricing. I’ve used SWP for about the past 20 years and find them to be honest, upfront and efficient!

We have employed Southwest Plumbing to do some major repair work on our rental in West Seattle, which was built in 1929. They did an excellent job. Chris Miller and Jason fixed the sewage pipe where it connected to city sewer. This included cement work. Max and Ozzy repaired the pipes in the kitchen and laundry room,which were super old and rusty. This also included digging up pipes under cement and replacing them, and installing a p- trap. And lastly, today we had Raul and Gerardo replace our rusty toilet pipe and install a beautiful new Toto toilet they had in their truck. This is an excellent plumbing company and we will continue to use them at our rentals and at home. If you have a big job, talk to Dom about it. He is the project manager and will keep you informed, with pictures,on the progress of the job.

We have used South West Plumbing exclusively since 2006 and have had to call them out on multiple occasions unfortunately. We use them because they are reliable, show up on time, clean up when they are done, and they are always very professional and polite. When Jay Brambila and his partner showed up, we showed them the vicinity in which the leak was because it was visible, and you could hear the water dripping when you looked through the vent under the house.
We were then told it would be $464.30 to do a “Water leak search.” Both my husband and I were pretty taken aback by this large charge. I asked if that would be reduced or removed after they went under and verified what the issue was. He said no. Given that we had a leak we didn’t really feel we had a choice because we needed it fixed.
Once Jay’s partner went under the house Jay came back in and we were given a quote of $622.39 to repair ½ plastic water line and $350.89 to do a “miner change to ½ copper or plastic water line. So, our total charge including the $464.30 “leak search” was now $1466.00(- coupon and senior discount)
As I mentioned we have used South West plumbing many, many times but we have never been charged such an outrages amount for a repair. I’ve pulled several of my past invoices and only find this “water leak search” on 2, both of which were waved once we agreed on the repair cost.
I’m hoping someone can review this charge because again this was extremely excessive. Moving forward we are not sure we will work with South West Plumbing again if these are the rates you will be charging.

Woke up to cold water so called and John & Ben were there within hours. John did a great job replacing my old water header, and explaining all the ins and outs. I mentioned that I was having issues with the kitchen faucet. So Ben fixed that too. I am very happy with the quality and speed of the work that was done.

Called SW Plumbing on a Sunday morning and they answered promptly and sent a technician to our house within 40 minutes or less. Our plugged drains and leaking pipe were fixed in a short amount of time. We are very pleased with their customer service. We will definitely be sharing our positive experience with others. It was really great to reach a real person on the phone then get same day service. The plumbing techs were friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable that they had plenty of experience and knew what they were doing. Quality work done right and very timely.

Scheduled appointment well in advance. As the date got closer I received 2 emails and a text message confirming the appointment. Friday, the morning of the appointment I spoke with Liz and made sure she knew that the house was vacant and we were just requesting a call ahead of time so we can make sure someone can be there. She said that was not a problem and took my wife's phone number down and said that a plumber had already been assigned to it but was currently working at another appointment and would reach out to us about 20 to 30 minutes prior to arrival, which was perfect. Liz also confirmed that we were trying to have the appointment done before noon I told her that would be great we did have more availability today than we had originally planned but if they could be there in the morning that would be helpful. At 1:58 p.m. I called them as we had not heard anything from any plumbers heading out our way. I was transferred to Liz who told me, "oh I was just about to call you due to plumber availability we will not be able to make it to your appointment today our next appointment available will be Wednesday."
I don't believe in coincidences and I don't doubt that they would have called us at some point today, but I'm guessing it would have been probably before just before closing. To leave somebody on the hook for that long is unprofessional, and very poor customer service.
I will not use them and I would not recommend them do anybody.

Colton Todd spent most of a Sunday at our house installing a new water heater. He was nothing but delightful!! So professional, knowledgeable & customer oriented. Every step of the way he explained & gave us options. We never felt like we were sold or pressured into anything. We even showed him a couple of other issues in our house & he left us some quotes for another time. We will definitely ask for him for future jobs at our house. Southwest Plumbing really is the "one to call" and they need to appreciate this young & highly qualified young man who does them proud. Thank you Colton!!

We called south west for water leakage in kitchen sink, they are on time. They called me over the phone and verbally quoted the price around $190 for garbase dispoal replacement. I said okay to proceed as price makes sense. But they charged more than $1900. I have thought garabase disposal will cost this much.

If you goto a coffee shop, you expect the regular coffee to be priced between 3 dollars or max of 10 dollars. After buying, if you were charged $100, then how do you react. I am in the same situation.

Other few things happened:
Their manager did not provide any receipt for such a huge bill. Even after spending about 1 hour on the time to get the receipt.

The same leakage happened again. Since it may come under warranty, called the southwest again. This time they informed us it is a different issue and we need to pay $650.00 again.

BTW, they were recording all the conversations illegally without giving acknowledgement that we are on a recorded line at least until April 2023.

They did not fix the issue, they charged thousands of dollars, they did not provide any reciept (even as of today), and they want to charge again for their mistakes.
