Tray and his crew were very personable, considerate and polite. He was here for several days repairing and replacing toilet, drain pipes under our concrete slab, and from our washing machine and upstairs sink. They left our home work site each day neat and clean. He always kept us informed and what to expect next.
We’ve used South West before and will not hesitate to use them again for our plumbing and heating needs.

Isaiah and Jacob went above and beyond for me. I needed to have a ceiling fan installed on a vaulted ceiling. Unfortunately, after hooking it up, they discovered the fan I had purchased was faulty. They tried everything to get it work despite what appears to have been a manufacturing defect. I ended up buying a replacement fan and they got it working in no time. They charged the quoted price despite what must have been a significant amount f extra time spent on the project. I will call them for any future electrical work I need done. They were both very professional and friendly too, which made a frustrating experience better than it could have been.

They were great. We had an emergency. Appreciate the tech and the plumber - they charged an arm and a leg for the service. I won’t rate them down much for that as they were good but really - an arm and a leg for a one hour job. Be prepared to open up your wallet. $1200 per hour for an individual would be 2.5m a year in salary - they are solvent!

Kyle Chaplin and his partner ( whose name I forgot-sorry! ) came out the day I discovered, and called Southwest Plumbing, regarding my leaking ceiling. They were very professional and courteous, and did a good job in replacing the drain assembly of my tub shower. They understood my wanting to resolve this issue immediately before it could worsen. It was even kind of interesting, seeing the underside of the bathtub and peering up through the drain hole while standing directly underneath, in my living room. Thanks again guys! I will recommend Southwest Plumbing to other people I know who mention having plumbing issues.

Reed was on time, very thoughtful and easy to understand. He explained options and costs. He worked quickly and did a great job cleaning the toilet as good as new and the entire surroundings. The office people were also easy to work with ....and met our tight scheduling needs.

I have been a South West Plumbing customer at my home and business for over 10 years. This time our home grinder pump was unable to operate because roots had grown into the pipe and tank. Raul and his team had to dig out a 10 foot trench to expose the pipe from our house and replace it. They also had to replace the pipe that goes from the pipe to the sewer system. That was done in an impossibly tight area of the container tank. Beyond all the challenges of removing the tank lid from the mess left behind by the original installer, they educated me on the operation of the pump and how to properly maintain it in the future. While out, I had them install two more Toto toilets to save on install charges. South West is not the cheapest plumbers in Seattle because they are well trained, experienced, and carry a huge inventory and can get on site delivery when they need a part very quickly. They train their apprentices extensively on both plumbing and customer service. Raul and his apprentices left the work area, my driveway, and my front door area cleaner than when they started. Amber was excellent in dispatch and Raul was clearly a great person and a great plumber. Thanks again for responding quickly and resolving the problem quickly and making it a great experience.

I’ve dealt with South West Plumbing twice now, and they’ve been great. Both issues were emergencies, and of course both happened on weekends. They came out, analyzed, and fixed things either before the day was over (leaking water heater) in r within a few days (broken water main; new toilets). Glad I have them to call on when I want/need.
