Would highly recommend Vincent coworker very professional. Took time explain everything from start to finish. Re- plumbed entire old pipes from house built 1959. Will always use Southwest plumbing five stars.

Fast response time and very professional. Trevor gave me several options to choose from to resolve all or some of our plumbing issues. Took before and after pictures of all the work was done. Absolutely pleased with the work that was done.

The only advantage to hiring "SW PLUMBING" was their same day service scheduling. We appreciate that they had an available plumber in the immediate area. We did not appreciate the exorbitant pricing, quoted by Evan at $800/hour labor only. The actual work required 20 minutes max: real time.
We grumbled but paid above that quoted rate: over $400 paid for 20 minutes of actual (VERY SIMPLE) work, using homeowner supplied parts. So, really we paid a rate of $1200/hr.
Annoying that Evan wanted to chat at length: spinning up at least 45 min of our time and the SW PLUMBING company time, in completely unnecessary chatter unrelated to the work. Outrageous. No, we would not recommend or use again.

Asked for a spigot replacement, the parts even at Home Depot at most is 50 dollars, they wanted me to pay 1800 dollars for 45 minutes worth of work. I know because I had a spigot already replaced by another plumbing company for 300 dollars. So for 45 minutes of light labor, they wanted to charge me 1750 dollars an hour. After I said no that’s not something I was willing to pay they reduced it to 1200, alas that is still high way robbery. This isn’t an emergency, the packing nut leaks when it’s on. I had difficulty changing it and figured it would be just wiser to replace the whole unit. I didn’t really want to get into my crawl space but even at my current salary it isn’t gonna take me 35 hours to complete a project like this. It’s pex tubing that all it needs to be done is cut use an expander tool and then slide it onto the fitting, screw in spigot and caulk.
Don’t waste your time on a company who doesn’t treat you anymore than an open wallet. You are paying for their commercials not for a product.

I lost hot water to the house. My tankless was the culprit. I called SWP and was able to get a friendly, helpful, and highly skilled plumber same day. Kevin not only solved the problem, but provided preventative care. Win win! We got hot water and hope to work with them again. Highly recommend!

Adam simplified my plumbing issues and took care of everything within the timeframe I had. He also was thorough about assessing significant other plumbing issues and gave me estimates for the work which I can schedule when it is convenient for me. Very informative and educational for me.

The toilet in our mother-in-law cottage was plugged. I tried to use the old plunger trick to no effect. We had the septic system pumped out in case that was backing up, but no soap. It was Monday morning, my wife called a different plumber, but they did not show or call us back. I called Southwest Plumbing and they were able to get a technician assigned within 40 minutes. He arrived earlier than we expected and cleared the clog and thankfully, the toilet flushes properly again and my mother in law can once again use her own bathroom.

Kirk was very professional and informative. He properly repaired a dishwasher leak that another plumber didn’t properly repair a few days sooner. I would hire them again. Reasonably priced as well.

We had an outlet repaired (Electrician Robin had to pretty much upgrade the outlet and cut into the drywall a bit to make it work. It looked great afterward and functionality was restored), and then we also had our electrical 100A panel replaced with a 200A panel (Electrician Jeff, apprentice Zane, and also Electrician Isaiah worked all day to install the new meter, re-wire everything, and relocate the wires from the utility pole to the new meter location. It was a ton of work). The Customer Service Manager, Becky, handled everything seamlessly. And the Electrical Dispatcher, Janet, gave the heads up when they were going to arrive.
It was a huge job. Done in one day. And they even helped with the financing.

Leon Cardon and Michael Hernandez worked on my clogged kitchen sink and I was very satisfied with the results! These two are very knowledgeable and professional and they made sure I was happy with the job done.
