I opened the access point. Found my pipe to be replaced. They charged my wife $714.00. Took 20 minutes. And when he cut my ABS pipe to repair, did not support the pipe. Broke off upstairs. Then proceeded to try and charge us more money to fix the problem he created. Fired him sent him on his way. What a rip off. 350.00 to cut a hole in the wall. To find out where he broke the upper pipe. I fixed myself in 2hrs. UPDATED REVIEW: 12/28 I was contacted by management, they came to my home and inspected the repair. Adjusted the charge. I now feel it was a fair cost for my repair. Thanks Andrew and Scott

Southwest Plumbing was responsive (same day service, very nice scheduler too) and effective in solving our problem toilet. Shout out to tech Mark Brown who repaired the toilet, then further cleared it so it’s less likely to clog in the future. We highly recommend SW Plumbing.

South West was easy to contact and set up the appointment. Nate their technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The probable cause of the drain issue and cost of repair was presented by him upfront and the repair successfully completed. A thorough clean up was done. I thought the cost of the service was fair and reasonable and I will use South West for any future plumbing needs.

I had a water leak from one of my two upstairs bathrooms that was leaking through the ceiling drywall and into my garage. I called South West Plumbing and within a couple hours Troy and Kap stopped by to fix the problem. After assessing the situation, they believed the leak was coming from inside the bathroom wall (wall was damp). Troy gave me a cost estimate which I agreed to. After cutting out the damp drywall, they found the leaking pipe was only accessible from the second bathroom. Kap was able to cut out a small area of drywall in the second bathroom and fix the leaking copper pipe. Troy was very good about keeping me informed as they assessed/fixed the leak. I was very happy with their professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Would definitely call again, if I needed any plumbing work done. Rick

My laundry discharge was overflowing in our 1969 house. We had to have 3 sewer clean out installed and our exposed aggregate was cut and re-cemented. It was done in winter and the concrete work was not acceptable. They said that concrete and cold weather don’t work well.

Today, Chris Williams of the Underground Division, came out to make this right. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased!!

Reed was professional, kind, considerate and tidy. We really appreciated the quick response and the hard work and consideration he put in to replacing our hot water heater. He had to move or remove some furniture to remove and restore the appliance and he did so quickly and cleanly and then replaced them exactly as they were before. Reed helped us two years ago on a major pipe replacement and when he came today he checked the site to see how it looked now and even inquired about the landscaping he and his crew saved. Reed is a forever friend at this point. We really trust him.

We had to have a water pipe leak repaired over the 4th of July. Reed came out right away on the 4th of July and was really fantastic! He was super knowledgeable and friendly, helping us understand the problem and what he was doing with the repair. We would highly recommend Southwest Plumbing and Reed specifically!

I have now used South West Plumbing twice and both times I have been very happy with the service, the work and and the people I've been interacting with. From customer service to the plumbers who came to my condo, everything was pleasant and I could tell they take pride in their work and company. Shout out to Colton who came the night of a plumbing leak to fix the busted pipe and recommend the updating to the other pipes that were still from the 90s. He provided the information I needed to make my decision on the upgrade to prevent this from happening in the future. Another shout out to Ricardo who installed a toilet as well. Both men were happy to be working and a delight work with. Thank you South West! You will definitely get my referral if anyone asks if I know a good plumber!

My 12 yr old water heater was barely making warm water. The water heater I own has a flashing light trouble shooting system and it told me my temperature sensor was bad. I did a little research and saw it was an easy fix , but as a widowed older lady, not something I could do.
So I called them... they didn't have any one available until today. But they called or texted to keep informed and let me know when one was available. They were here within an hour. Even though the water heater was old , they gave me all the options , I chose just to have the sensor replaced and they had it done in 45 minutes..
Ricardo and his assistant were professional and VERY nice. I was impressed. I will definitely use them again if ever I need help!

Kyle was amazing and helpful! He immediately got us in contact with a team of remediation skilled individuals to help us address the damage which was more than we initially knew. He went above and beyond helping me understand the problems and helping me to effectively communicate with my home owners insurance company. Absolutely would recommend South West Plumbing and Kyle for electrical and plumbing needs.
