The technician Leo did a wonderful job on installing our new hot water tank. Leo is very personable and knowledgeable on the tank installation… Note: South West install our last hot water tank on 1/19/07 the tank started to leak water from the hot water fitting on top of the tank. It worked great for 16 years… also I would like to thank the dispatchers for getting me fast service due to the time of day!!! I would highly recommended South West plumbing for all my future needs. On a Friday morning I got a quote over the phone from another well known company who didn’t sound very professional & could not come out til Monday.
South West would not give a quote over the phone but could come out the same day. I was surprised as your quote was about $1000 more. Then I realized I had told the first company that my hot water tank was electric. Using their iPad, your guys showed me what they would charge if I had an electric hot water tank & clearly explained the difference between installing an electric & gas tank.
Your guys were very professional, polite & efficient. They said it would take 2-3 hours but they were done in about 1 & 3/4 hours. Well done SW Plumbing!

I have employed Southwest Plumbing for two jobs and have not been disappointed. They are thorough, friendly, honest, and professional. Their first job for me involved determining the source of a loud squeal when using water. After careful investigation they discovered it was caused by a failing intake valve.

Recently they replaced my gas hot water tank. Andrew and Jonah were friendly and efficient. The new tank was installed within about four hours and the work was superior to the installation of the old tank. And after the job was finished I couldn’t tell that construction had occurred, since they did such a thorough cleanup.

I will not hesitate to call Southwest Plumbing for my next project (which will likely be the replacement of an aging sump pump!).

Very happy with all aspects of their service. Technician Chris was professional and efficient. His manager was informative and considerate. The installation crew of John and Tyler were very knowledgeable and competent. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when done. Very appreciative of their effort and consideration. Highly reccomend them.

Over the last couple years we had a partial sewer replacement and recently a perma-liner installed. Southwest is always professional, honest and extremely fast! I definitely recommend them to anyone. I have no complaints and will use them again on my next project. Always a great experience with Southwest Plumbing!

The guys Tate and Keegan did a tremendous job in fixing my plumbing problem they used their expertise and saved thousands of dollars in repair cost. These two young men were so polite and professional. Their supervisor Adam called to let me know the type of repair they were going to do. Santino who did the line work was amazing as well.I have had another plumbing professionals come out in the past but he is the only one who took initiative and found the true problem. His supervisor was wonderful as well

I had a saddle value that would not shut off. They fixed it and hooked up my ice maker. The pictures showed good work. The job cost way more than I expected, but I just don't
live in the real world and don't know the real cost of plumbing. The workers were very nice and very helpful.

Installer Max Sadow was very efficient during the repair. He took the time to talk me through the plan of action and always kept me and my family updated along the way. His work was organized and caused minimal to no disruption in our home. I’d definitely recommend to family and friends!

Abel Pelayo and his apprentice Ricardo were very helpful and kind to us. They're very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for our plumbing needs. They gave us solution options and were very trustworthy. They care about their craft and do their work with excellence and thoroughness. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need! Evan and his very nice plumbing assistant were amazing! They were here on time and I was also notified twice of the date and time of their arrival. Also, they sent a bio about Evan with his picture. I LOVED this!! I felt Safe knowing something about him before him came. Both of them worked very hard and they took into consideration my lawn while they had to did up a pipe. After the contracted work was finished, Evan took the time to look at my kitchen sink, and fix an issue that had plagued my faucet for over a year! This company is AMAZING! The work completed was perfect and everything was tidy after they were done. From now on, I will only use Southwest Plumbing, and I will ask for Evan!
