It’s Friday afternoon, first week after new years, and thankfully my hot water is restored after going out a few days ago. Hooray!!! I have a brand new tank that was installed less than a year ago, so I thought I could relight the pilot light by myself… and after watching Youtube, i found out that the brand new new electrical ignition system (is supposed to ignite by itself without having to do it manually) was defective. Abel and Ricardo (Abel was the technician who originally installed the hot water heater last year) came out and replaced the igniter and temperature gage for free - even waiving the fee standard service fee! I am beyond happy that they were able to change it out so quickly! Thanks again!!

It’s a day light looting. Just to fix a tap they charged $600. The work took 15 minutes with a part worth $20 dollars. I will stay away from these people even though the quality of work is good. It’s not premium pricing it’s just professional robbery.

I had a great experience working with Southwest. Everyone I spoke with over the phone were very friendly, and Andrew was a big help with the financing. The gentleman who did the work, Vincent did an amazing job.
Professional work done efficiently. Great at communicating all aspects of the job before moving forward. His friendly demeanor, and that of his apprentice Preston too, made me feel comfortable having them do such important work for my family.

Nate cameout promptly to clear a clog in a sink drain line. Showed me everything he was doing. Cleared it quickly. Great price!! I'm very satisfied. I had the electrical panel replacement done after the drain issue. Robin & his coworkers did a really excellent job. It took a day to completely replace & have Inspection done. Very happy with they're work. And the knowledge the Robin & coworker had is second to none. Good job Thankyou. Sincerely Fred

A leak was discovered in a drain pipe so I called SW Plumbing, a company I knew and had previous experience with. they scheduled a service call them same day I called. A technician arrived along with an apprentice and they saw a visible leak in a 2 inch plastic drain pipe. They gave me a quote and I approved the work to be done at the quoted price.
The only objection I have is the quoted price was extremely high for the amount of work done, and the work was done by the apprentice. I accept responsibility for approving the quoted price but it seems to me that plumbers have the advantage in that they know the average homeowner can't do the repairs themselves, giving the plumbing company the opportunity to charge high prices.
Again, I believe the work was done properly and quality parts were installed and I am completely satisfied with that work. It is the overall cost that disturbs me.

Nelson and Francisco cleaned 2 clogged drains and installed a gas line for a new gas dryer. They were both professional and left everything tidy. They did everything as estimated. I am impressed with their work

We had Mark and Dom out for out for a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal. They were quick and responsive.

Mark was knowledgeable and asked great questions to trouble-shoot. Dom was equally knowledgeable about the camera and photos taken of our pipes. Each left the space clean and in order.

I needed an exceptionally challenging toilet flange replacement. Brandon patiently did what was necessary in record time. Plus installing my new toilet! I will always call southwest plumbing for my repair needs. They've never let me down.

A couple of outlets have stopped working at my parents house and this company was recommended to me. Robin finished the job quick and was very respectful of our home! Even took off his shoes upon entering. Overall, the experience was very smooth and I highly recommend getting electrical work done here!

I called Southwest Plumbing on a Thursday night after noticing my drain pipes under my sinks and bathtub were leaking. They had two guys come out the next day at 10am and replaced the leaking pipes with no problems! I'll be recommending them to any friends when it comes up in conversation in the future. Southwest Plumbing really IS the one to call
