    I was very pleased with both the price and the quality of the installation. You can sure tell this family is all about excellent prices, and the quality of work. I bet the dad of the family is proud of how the kids turned out, and they're sure good at what they do. I'll be back in 15-20 years when this one ages out. I know the kids will take good care of me then.

    I had my furnace serviced. The techs were skilled, efficient, honest, and polite. This is the second service call in several years, and I continue to be very impressed with Overlake Heating!

    Called them to make an appointment, have to wait for more than one month for someone to come out. I took the day off, waiting for the service technician. My townhome doesn’t have a wide enough drive way for him to park his vehicle, so he has to park further, he said it’s too inconvenient, and just left.

    He also opened the attic cover and took a look at the furnace, and just left it open, now I can’t close it because I don’t have a ladder tall enough.

    Then the company owner called me and very aggressively accuse me of not specifying exact distance of how far the driver has to park and asking me about the detailed parking permit policies of the community. I’ve used other companies and they never had such issue so I’m not sure exactly how parking parmit works here. I told him I could research that and make it more clear in the review. Then he goes on yelling why do I have to post anything at all, and threatened with legal actions and atterny, saying I’m a crying baby etc.

    That’s very nice of a company owner who can afford lawyers to try to scare and silence their customers. I’m a regular folk and I’m so scared now. Thanks for the PTSD!

    I offered the technician to unload his tools in my garage then park his vehicle then come to do the work, and help him load the tools back onto the vehicle once the work is done, but he didn't bother, saying no way he's gonna walk that far.

    You are so fixated on this distance from closest parking spot to my home so you could threaten me with legal battle and make me remove the negative review. But when I ask you how come your website didn't say customer has to provide parking within a specific distance or your won't provide service, you said it's obvious. Oh now this is obvious, how convenient.

    I don't bother to defame, but you just can't take it when someone shares their bad experience can you? You could be all right and I could be all wrong. I'm not a lawyer I may not write everything 100% accurate like a court document.

    However, what's striking here is the first thing you do is questioning me in a condescending way as if I have bad intention, and intimidating me with lawsuit, calling me a baby and saying stuff like 'this is a very small thing and you might make it into something big'.

    I agree with you that this isn't a big thing. When I first wrote the review I was annoyed that after waiting for more than a month and took a day off work but didn't get the service done. When you called me you could have said something like "Sorry this happened and it's unfortunate. We didn't made it clear that you need to provide a parking spot within this distance or otherwise we wouldn't be able to provide service. We'll make sure to address that moving forward and could you please remove the review since the transaction wasn't complete." I'd be okay with removing my review then. But no you just had to be the big man and intimidate with your army of attorneys, then try your best to discredit a customer because he shared an negative experience. Instead of taking it as an opportunity to try harder to impress a client, you antagonizes him.

    I think at the end of the day, the lesson here is if anyone wants to do business with this company, he or she needs to document everything 100% in detail or if things don't work out you could count on the company owner to unleash his attorneys upon you.

    Once again overlake heating and air has gone above and beyond. We had a heating emergency tonight (of course on a cold and rainy night) and within minutes we get a quick call back from the nice man on call. He figured out what was wrong. And now we are warm and cozy again. As always the customer service and promtness is a 10. Thanks for always keeping us warm in the winter.....Sara and Joe😀

    I called here for a quote for AC this summer. Although I ended up not doing business with this establishment, they were extremely helpful and informative in what would and wouldn't work in my home. Based on all the knowledge the person was able to explain I could easily recommended them as knowing what they're doing.
