Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning

Our experience was fantastic! Overlake installed a new, high efficiency gas furnace and new AC unit. Robert was great in explaining our options and providing a competitive quote, which never changed. Their crews showed up as promised, and Justin et al were very conscientious and meticulous. We vacillated on a couple of decisions during the install, but they patiently and politely explained the pros and cons of each alternative. Even after we changed our minds on one item, they simply said “no problem” and made the changes. We are sooo pleased. Will recommend to anyone and everyone who asks!

I met with several companies regarding putting an AC unit for our property and Overlake Heating was by far the best. Met with Robert and he was great to deal with and was honest about the whole process. Their team was very professional and very detailed oriented. They cared more about making sure I had the right system for my house then trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs an AC put in their house! Overlake did a excellent job replacing both our furnace and hot water heater. They were able to complete both jobs in around 6 hours. The three man crew was thoroughly experienced and friendly. Upon completion, they provided a complete review of the operational details for both the furnace and the hot water heater.

Based on the customers' review, I can feel that Overlake heating really care about how the customers thinking about their service. Even there are some low ratings, but they are not complain issues about important technology problem.

They replaced my furnace recently. I did not have to wait very long for an appointment. The guys who did it were super thorough and professional; they worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly. They even corrected a bunch of issues with the plumbing and venting of my water heater. The finished job is neat and clean, and runs great. Would definitely use them again!

Overlake saved our holidays! Rob and Darryl worked with us to get our heat pump up and running in December. I was really impressed with the ease of scheduling, responsiveness, and great communication. Rob took the time (more than once!) to explain how the heat pump is supposed to work and what we should watch out for. After calling around and working with other HVAC companies in the area - many of which can only seem to come during working hours, weeks away - I am really glad to have found Overlake!

Just when it starts to snow our furnace decided to quit working. I called Overlake Heating and Patty was so friendly and found a time to have the technicians come that very morning. They did a lot of diagnostics and found a bad controller board. They had the part and fixed it right away. They were so friendly and gave us good advice for taking care of our furnace in the future.

Our technician, Gary, was early, friendly and through. We had not had the heater serviced for a long time so it was really dirty. He cleaned everything, installed the filter, and tested everything.

Fair price, no upselling. Would recommend Overlake to others.

We contacted Overlake Heating and Air when our regular service provider, Blue Flame, cancelled a scheduled service call the night before the appointment. We are glad that happened, because we found a much better company for our needs! Overlake provided very professional and friendly service, with no drama or waiting. Got a code 14 on the furnace we bought from Overlake 4 years ago. Called them at 8, they came out at 12:45, fixed and running by 1:30, part was under warranty as well. FIVE ***** STARS all day long!
