Alexander's Heating & Air Conditioning

Alex heating installs two ACs and one furnace for my two homes - one in 5 years ago and one this year. In both cases they perform great work with very reasonable prices. It was done in order and really fast. I would recommend them with a high rating!

If I could give zero stars I would. Alexander's heating installed a Fujitsu mini split system for me in 2015. In May of 2022, the system had an epic failure. I've now had 6 different HVAC experts, technicians and sales people out from 4 different industry companies to give bids on repair versus replacement. Each and every one has started by saying what a "horrible installation job" "total neglect" "not the standard for safety or material even in 2015." On top of that, I had Alexander's heating out first, Dean Covell, since they did the job. Its been a month now. No repair bid, no return calls or texts, never connected me with the Fujitsu rep "the next day" as promised. They will not give me the phone number for the owner and Alex has not returned my communications. They are clearly avoiding my communications because they saw what a terrible job was done when they came out and are trying to avoid taking responsibility for their terrible work. More than one service tech has said that their poor installation was definitely the reason the unit failed. It should've lasted me 15 years, it only lasted 7. And not seeing the damage show up until 7 years later is totally feasible.

We had an AC system installed and replaced our failing furnace and water tank. As the old saying goes, a picture speaks a thousand words. Just look at the before and after. The installation exceeded my expectations. Dean came out to make the bid and explained everything and was communicative throughout the entire process. The installers, Peter and Nick, were beyond fantastic. Professional, friendly, and everything was clean at the end of the day.

Alexanders was recommended by my neighbor and I see why. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my HVAC system and would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Had an emergency at the office when our AC unit stopped working. Alex was not only less expensive than the other quotes but quicker!
He was able to get us up and running the next day as our server room was completely down due to heat.
I highly recommend them.
He even gave me a recommendation for a cheaper unit that was better than what I had previously asked for.

This is an absolutely AWESOME company. In a post COVID world where wait times and materials shortages are causing other HVAC companies to delay 6 months or more per job, Alexander's is able to show up FAST and install quicker than anyone else can. Even for repairs of old systems they didn't install, they are FAST! Love them! If you need HVAC work done, check them out!!!

Alex and his team came to the rescue during one of the now many hot spells. We had a new born at home and we’re concerned with how toasty our house gets. It was their busy season and our AC broke. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the appropriate parts and explain everything to us. The service was great and everyone was super helpful. We’ve been using them for our regular serving and highly recommend Alex and his team to friends and family! Thank you!

We hired Alexander’s heating to install a new furnace and heat pump after the heatwave convinced us it was time for AC. His team deinstalled an old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace. They did a fantastic job, the new system install is very clean and uncluttered. His techs were professional and worked efficiently. Equipment works great!

Alexander's Heating has my respect and deep gratitude for the exceptional work they did for me. I was without heat or hot water due to vent failure. Alexander's did not know me and I had not worked with them before. Regardless, Justin came out immediately to survey my project, Dean provided an excellent proposal quickly and Gi came out the next day. Melissa was a kind and effective liaison. Everyone I spoke with - whether it was to obtain product information, details about my project, scheduling, or pricing was professional, positive, efficient, caring and thoughtful. Alexander's team was recommended by my real estate agent and I hired them to install a new furnace and new air conditioner. There was some issue with the installation result which is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. But I would like to recognize Scott's work here. He was very responsive during the whole process and came out even on a labor day weekend to help us troubleshoot the issue ang got the whole system running so we had a good holiday with a working climate system. Then he came out again to help us install a thermostat. Appreciate his hard work and great service!
