Our service tech was awesome! He showed up within the service window, was professional, worked quickly, shared his knowledge with me on multiple mechanical issues, and even gave maintenance tips! I would definitely recommend using Hamilton Heating & Cooling if you are having troubles!

I called them in a panic when my furnace went out, and they were able to get me an appointment right away. They were able to work me in within two days, and they were so kind and helpful! They took the time to explain everything they were doing, which made it easy for me to understand what was going on. They did a great job fixing the problem—it ended up costing less than I thought it would! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs heating or cooling services!

I was really impressed with the service provided by them. I called them last week because my AC started making a funny noise and I wasn't sure what it was. They answered the phone quickly, gave me an appointment for the next afternoon, and arrived on time. They were super friendly and helpful, and even took the time to show me how to use some of their equipment so I could make sure it wasn't going to break down on me later. The tech who came out was knowledgeable and professional—he diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it, and made sure everything worked before he left. It's refreshing to see someone who knows what they're doing work so hard for their customers!

Called them to come out and check the air conditioning in my house. They were able to get me in quickly, and they were very friendly. They also fixed some problems with my furnace that I didn't even know were there!

Jeff and his team were fantastic in every way. Jeff was quick to respond and come over; he assisted me in diagnosing the problems with the HVAC system and provided me with several options and recommendations. Because our furnace, evaporator coil, and condenser were nearly 30 years old, not well installed or maintained by previous homeowners, and Jeff quoted an acceptable price, I decided to have them replaced. He was able to schedule the job in less than a week and complete it in just one day.
