I am so pleased with the service I received from them. The technician was very professional, and I appreciate that he took time to explain what he was doing. He also made sure to check in with me during the entire process, which is something I really appreciate!

I called them at 9 am for service on my furnace, they said they would be there between 11am and 2 pm and sold me a maintenance program over the phone and never showed up or contacted me. I called at 3 pm and talked to someone in Chicago who did not speak english and put me on hold for 30 min and would not let me s I eak to a manager. They informed me that the management teamm only works from 10 am till 1 pm. Thus i wasted an entire day . They said the first technician was not qualified for the job and the other technician was too far away. Thus I have yet to have my furnace fixed and their computer canceled my job at the end of the day
. Very disappointed.

Hamilton Heating & Cooling came out same day when my heat stopped working in middle of winter. They were able to fix a clogged part same day, too without any other parts. Great customer service and honest company- if anything else goes wrong with my HVAC, I know who to call. Thank you!
