I have been a customer of this company for many years, and I am very happy with their service. They are always professional and courteous, which is important to me when I am spending money. The technicians are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions I may have about my system. They also take the time to explain what they are doing and why without making me feel like an idiot.

I called and spoke to a person named Chris in the morning to schedule an yearly maintenance for our air conditioning unit. He was offering me an promotional price of $129 instead of $149 but I had to give him my credit card number and sign a document that he will send over email. When I opened the email, realized that this was a yearly subscription and only $129 in the first year. Year after that will be $500 and my card will be charged automatically unless I call some 800 numbers. This was never mentioned during our conversation in the morning. If I was told that, I wouldn't have gone for the promotional pricing.
Not very professional.
I canceled my appointment with them due to this.

We just finished installing a new heating system and cooling unit in our house. The service was excellent--they came out quickly, explained everything they were doing and made sure we understood the process, which was very helpful. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking better than before they started! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system!
