These folks were super responsive! I scheduled an appointment and I received a call first thing in the morning confirming my appointment and informing me of when a technician would be out to my home. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable! He narrated everything to me carefully and showed me the furnace parts that needed attention. I'm very pleased with these folks and I was impressed both times. Highly recommend!!

Pathetic service! The technician rescheduled on me thrice (over three days) and still didn’t turn up. Customer service didn’t have answers. Can’t trust Hamilton when you have a dire need, for sure! Will never call them ever again!

Heating out in 30-40 degree weather. Made appointment on Friday for 2-5 window on Monday. Sunday morning 7:30am missed the phone call for a weekend slot, but the phone wakes up kids. Called and texted back - no response. Come Monday no show for appointment. Receptionist states they tried to call me. Phone rang on Sunday but didn't on Monday. No missed calls. Can't take another half day for a no-show. Everybody else had great reviews, wish I did too, but a no-show and a no contact is unacceptable under our circumstances.

I have been a customer of Hamilton Heating & Cooling for almost 3 years. They are quick to respond to service calls and their technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. Each time, the technician explains the service performed and next action, if necessary. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service they provide.

Completely new to the area and we just had our heater stopped working. Joe came out the same day and assessed the situation, he very quickly knew what the issue was and got a part located. The next day he picked up the necessary parts and came out to install them. I will definitely use this company again!!!

Hamilton Heating & Cooling technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He got everything done within the expected time. He walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions.He also took his time to clean up after himself.I was very impressed and will highly recommend them.

We were in need of hvac service and came across Hamilton Heating & Cooling online. They responded to our call and answered all our questions very professionally and gave us a quote. They were fast and efficient. I will highly recommend them.

Called on Wednesday and was given a 3-6pm window. No call, no show. Called Thursday morning at 10:30 to see what was up. Was told that a manager would call me back. No call. Called again at 1:30pm to see what’s up. Was told technician was scheduled to come between 3-6 again. But without asking when would work for us. Ok…. Rearranged our schedule to fit the 3-6 window again and….. no call and no show.

This is after they convinced me to pay the $149 yearly fee to avoid the base charge of 125/visit.

No I’ll get the refund for $149 and wish I could charge them another $125 for missed appointment. That’s what should happen!

After one company showed up to say we needed to replace our entire HVAC system, Hamilton Heating & Cooling came to give a 2nd opinion. He fixed the problem, and even though he knew we were prepared to replace the system, he said that there was no emergency to replace entire system now. I so appreciate doing business with honest and professional guy!!

I have used them for my home and office. They do a good job with both. I also have them service my pool and hot tub.
