    We are the new property owners for our house and the previous owner installed furnace with Overlake. So when the furnace broke down, we reached out and asked if they can send someone to take a look and maybe replace it. So instead of helping us to schedule a visit and showing a tiny bit of sympathy, the customer service member Katie gaslighted us with a bunch of questions, I.e. “you guys are not listed as the property owners so who are you guys calling from” (how is this freaking related??? and our names are on the property for 10000%), do you know what was the problem ( why would I call you if I knew???!!!!!) , why did the PSE folk shut down your gas( I explained only 5 times that we had a leak!!!!). NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! We later spoke to another staff Nicole and she’s was super nice and supportive. Definitely the worst customer experience ever since with the first representative who did NOT help at all and made us feel like it was our fault “breaking” the furnace. Mind blowing

    I rarely write reviews on businesses good or bad but felt the need to this time. Having my furnace stop working, I like most people took to the internet. After several underwhelming calls to other shops I called Overlake Heating & Air Conditioning. I was initially greeted by Jason in the parts department and then Heather in scheduling. Instead of complaining of staffing and supply chain issues they both asked me how they could help. Within 2 hours I had a service tech at my front door. Having had furnace repairs done in the past, Gary was by far the most knowledgeable and efficient tech I've ever dealt with. Although I hope I don't have to use them again, Overlake is the only company I will ever call if the need arises. They are deserving of a very appreciative 5 Stars.

    My furnace stop working two weeks ago. After terrible experiences with another company, furnace still stay dead. My neighbor referred me to Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning, 2 service tech came today and fixed my furnace immediately on the spot. Highly professional, honest, very helpful. Overlake Heating is the best since I moved to here 10 years ago. Thanks for great job.

    A friendly and honest company! Our furnace was 25 years old, so we were looking to replace it. Rob came to our condo and was down-to-earth, kind, and helpful. He told us about some of the work he did to other units in our neighbourhood and recommended some models of furnaces that would fit our needs. He did not attempt to up-sell us or perform a lengthy sales pitch (unlike a different company tried to do). He took the time to answer all our questions about furnaces and the specific models we were looking at.

    The furnace installation happened very soon after we picked our furnace model. The crew that came to install the furnace were friendly and did a great job. They took the time to go over our newly installed furnace and answer any questions we had.

    We are definitely going to use this company in the future for maintenance and repairs.

    I spent $2600+ with Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning in 2021. They did endless testing only to replace the same thing they had before. My AC did not in fact work for longer than a few days over the course of two weeks in the first part of October. I had another HVAC company come out in 2022 and look at it and they informed me that the wires were crossed that go to the compressor which would explain the broken compressor. I wrote a letter to Overlake explaining and requesting either a refund for my faulty service and/or some proration of my broken AC unit. Rob Rice, who said he was the owner, called me. I answered calmly and he proceeded to insult me, my decisions and actually used the "f" word. At that point my husband intervened. I will never use, refer or recommend this company. Rob clearly had zero respect for me and only aimed to criticize me and my decision to go with another HVAC company because I had no confidence in Overlake anymore.

    We were able to get a new furnace and air conditioner within 4 days of calling - super helpful during the cold weather. The wrong size furnace came in but they came back within as couple of hours same day and finished the whole jo .

    Overlake Heating recently replaced both my furnace and my hot water heater. The service they provided was simply exceptional. The owner, Rob, actually spent 1.5 hours on the phone at no charge before I even decided whether to go with Overlake. He helped me understand the problems with my old furnace, and walked me through the process of selecting a new one. He is a true expert! The team that came out to do the work (Spence, Steve, and Ben) was extremely professional and I was so impressed by their attention to detail. I have rarely found such professionalism and great customer service in the home improvement industry. I strongly recommend Overlake!

    We had been considering a central A/C system for our home for several years and finally made the decision to have one installed in the Spring of 2021. Little did we know that our timing for the installation was perfect as a heat wave occurred just a month after our A/C system was installed and operating. We spoke to several HVAC companies and received a few estimates. Rob, the owner of Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning stood out. From the the first phone call Rob was professional and very knowledgeable on the options available to us for our home. After asking relevant questions, he presented the best system for our specific needs and quoted a competitive price. He never tried to upsell us on features or "add-ons" that we felt were unnecessary. In the end, we decided to also replace our gas furnace at the same time as it was nearing its estimated useful life. Again, Rob was not pushy and simply presented the options which included keeping the old gas furnace until it stopped working or to be proactive and replace it while the whole system was already taken apart. Several months later everything is working perfectly and we are happy we chose Rob and Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning.
