We got a new furnace and a water heater installed by Overlake. Not only did Robert help us with the installation of these, he also patiently helped us understand the different types of products, pros and cons of each. This helped us reach an informed decision on the products. Once we chose the furnace and the water heater, his team came the very next business day, 8:30 sharp and installed them in a professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend their services.

My furnace was old, made a lot of noise and barely heated up my house so I decided to replace it. But I had zero idea about furnace and I asked for a quote from several heating companies, but Rob’s(Overlake Heating) responses provided more than a simple quote: he carefully responded all the questions I asked in addition to a quote.

Specifically, at that time, I had little idea about what furnace would be ideal for my house. I asked a lot of questions such as types of furnace, energy efficiency, pros and cons of different manufacturers, etc. Rob kindly answered every question I gave him. He has a lot of knowledge and provided me with crucial information about what I needed to know. And then he helped me build my own furnace based on that.

On the day of installation, his team showed up on time. They explained how the job would be conducted before it started. After installation, Rob also provided several tips for how to maintain my brand-new furnace. Their work was clean and flawless. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the work. They were amazing!

I've been using Overlake for annual maintenance for years with excellent service. Last month I got to see how well Overlake responds when my water tank leaked. They removed it, and installed a new tank + furnace.
Everyone was upbeat, knowledgeable, friendly. They gave clear explanations on the maintenance routines I should take on. Home office team was very clear in their communications so scheduling was smooth and I understood the basic work to be done.

I tried to clean my own air ducts and almost destroyed my furnace in the process. I called Harton Air Duct Cleaning, for a second opinion. They came out and cleaned up my mess and told me how lucky I was that I did not damage anything. They were so nice, honest, and helpful. I have used their air duct cleaning services ever since then; they are the best in town!

Rob reached out to follow up my HAVC installation request. He's able to provide correct online estimate per my house structure, which is extremely efficient and rare in this crazy busy market. He's very knowledgable, efficient and responsive. Sometimes I can even receive emails from him at mid night. Education blogs he wrote, the information and answers he provided through emails made me well informed. I would strongly recommend Rob !

Highly recommended. I will use Overlake for all future HVAC work. I had A/C installed. Great equipment install. I enjoyed having Spencer and the crew here - they were friendly, kept me informed, and answered all my questions. They had to take out my water heater to do the work and they re-installed it with all new connections and up-to date fittings. The heater/AC stack was completely refurbished with a new filter section. The morning after the install was completed (a Saturday), there was an issue with the heater. I called in and left a message . I was super happy to get a call back right away and within an hour Brian came out to fix it and make sure everything was working well. Great service - what more could you ask for?

We called Overlake Heating to complete some important work for us recently. Our 20 year old water heater was tired and Overlake installed a new one very quickly and for a fair price. Later our 22 year old furnace developed some issues that were only going to get worse so we called Overlake back to install a new furnace and decided to add new air conditioning at the same time. Good choice. The install for both took two full days but it couldn't have gone smoother. The installers were polite, quick and very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. They even found a better was to install the necessary pipes than we originally thought. The area was cleaned up upon completion. You would hardly know that the air conditioning was added. They even installed the new Nest thermostat I had purchased. The office staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Even talked with the boss and he took the time to give me all the info I needed. Good people all around. Couldn't be happier.

*Update: Company called to offer an explanation as to why they don't offer service in attic. Appreciate that effort. Discussed possible solutions and places that can give the service we need, and possibly having them update a website to help clear communication in services provided & not provided.
-Came home from vacation to HVAC system that kept blowing a fuse and the air conditioner would not run. Called at 5:30pm for an appointment the next day. Informed them that HVAC in the attic was blowing a fuse and was told we'd get a call the next day. When we didn't get a call the next day we called and were informed that they don't do attic work because it's dangerous to it's employees, a policy across the board. Certainly weather should always be considered to the health of the employees but I'm pretty sure a company could schedule around this, right? There are plenty homes in the PNW that have furnace and HVAC systems in the attic, and if your one of them skip to next provider.

Our technician, Gary, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our heater broke down today and he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He also went the extra mile and cleaned some of the parts before putting them back. Would definitely recommend their services.

This company really saved me when my furnace died during a deep Seattle freeze. They were able to come out, repair a part, and get the furnace up and running within two days. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
