Systems at different locations over the years. And when
I had any issues the. They were more than fair to work with,
And always fixed the problem.

The Air-Tech Guys came to the house and showed me how to maintenance and operate our Mitsubishi heating and cooling system. So far so good! Works well, very efficient!

Our thermostat went bad sometime yesterday. I called them first thing this morning & they came out probably within an hour of the call. They got our issue fixed VERY quickly. Now, everything runs great!! THANK YOU Air-Tech!!

A/C wasn't blowing cool air on a 110 degree day. Inside temps got above 80 within an hour. It was after hours and they called us back within minutes and 20 minutes later, a tech showed up. Their prices were less then expected for an after hours call. They were professional, quick and because they have serviced our home for the last 5 years, they knew our part numbers before hand to save time. We won't go anywhere else!

Called alrtech this am, spoke with customer service lady, wish I could remember her name, she was awesome! Let them know I had a red light flashing, Tech arrived, early in the time window, very professional, had the problem diagnosed, and fixed within 10 minutes. I can't reccomend them enough, if you're having problems with your furnace, these are the people you want showing up!!! Thanks Airtech

Pablo arrived right on time and shortly early for our appt. this morning. What a nice guy! A real ambassador for the company! He performed all the maintenance required for the appt. and even cleaned a mess left over by the painters. Look forward to seeing him service our residence again. And thank you!

The tech did a fine job, as Air-Tech staff do.They are very thorough and explain what they are doing and what they've done very clearly. Our HVAC system has a heat pump and add-on air filter so we need to maintain it, and Air-Tech does that for us very well!

You should hope you get to deal with the technicians and not the owner. The owner is judgmental and aggressive. My furnace recently went out so I requested a weekend warranty service call. A service technician called; I explained the symptoms; he said he'd be right over. 30 minutes later, the owner himself called. I thought that was kind of cool at first until he started asking me questions that when I gave a response to ended with the statement "well I have the right as the owner to deny warranty service." His claim was in response to my simply opening that front panel to see what I could see. I never touched anything. If they don't want us in there then they need to put a lock on it and stickers that say it'll void warranty but this is the common user access panel. The owner immediately jumped to the conclusion that because I had taken it upon myself to open that panel and look to see what I could see that I was making changes to the system. Apparently if you happen to think you have an idea about something the owner thinks you know too much and therefore he will deny warranty service calls.
